Awful experience with the service dept.

onThe experience with the service dept. was a total nightmare!!! Had the car 3 weeks and the secondary intake valve had a hole in it... it took them a month to get it fixed.... while they had it my convertible top got tore up while in their possession. they told me to leave it with them again so they could fix it, they then had it another a week supposively fixing it.... I got there to get it to find it fixed with black duct tape!!! when I questioned the tape the service manager Allen told me that was as good as it was going to get.... I spent 9,000.00 on this vehicle to have it fixed with duct tape!!! rreally!!! So i recommend HIGHLY think long and hard before servicing at Riverchase kia in Pelham, Al.
