Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate all of the assistance, and good taste in music, from Mike Hendersheid (?spelling?) in sales. I would definitely go through him for another vehicle purchase. I loved Elizabeth Nett's sense of humor and ability to do her job very efficiently!

Friendly, allowed us time to look around and test drive various vehicles without pressure. It was towards the end of the day and we were able to take our time. We bought the vehicle we wanted and are very satified with it.

My son had looked at the van, and thought it would be something that I would like. I already knew who I would be dealing with, and was very pleased. He made us feel like friends, and there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. I am not able to walk around, and I appreciated the fact, that the vehicle was sitting in front of the building. Yes, we did look at a couple of others, but we felt that this was the best one for us.

Kevin T. was accommodating, factual (& comfortable in researching unknown technical answers), efficient, pleasant, and highly trustworthy. He and sales manager Chris both went out of their way to acquire a car with desired features from another dealership (it had some flaws so I ended up buying a more expensive vehicle on the lot which I should have looked at sooner). Cookies and soda go a long way to improving the experience :) I would highly recommend this relatively new Bergstrom dealership.
