Excellent Sales Staff/ Non-competitive pricing

by BobGerson on 11/09/2013

The sales staff at Zimbrick is personable and knowledgeable. Their pricing on the vehicle I ( plan on purchasing (328d wagon) is not competitive thus far. Be sure to do your due diligence and check the web or they will take advantage and charge too much.

Great Actors, and the nominee goes to ZIMBRICK BMW

by cspan on 06/04/2010

Why lie I never for the life of me understood that. I was raised to just be honest you may loose a friend or a potential one, but at the end you told the DARN TRUTH! Ok, my wife and I went to look at a SUV at this joke of a dealership. We had to sleep on the purchase in that case any purchase that we make. We went back to prepare to buy we test drove it and loved it. We were trying to cut a deal, just trying to knock off a few hundred plus we would have been paying cash. As we made and offer and the dealer (bad actor) tells us that we should be good he was going to look into this, mind you we were told we were the only one thats been very intrested in this SUV (red flag). We ask him are you sure no one is going to sale this up under us. The actor says, O, no. As we were talking with him in the next cubical, some guy just walks in ready to buy the same car out the blue. You know why I say out the blue. Are dealer comes back and tells us Im sorry this guys is offering more. So I cant take the less then a thousand off the used car. Tell me this if your co-worker took your sale you should be preatty pisst off, right. Not are guy he was all smiles. We got up and said no thank you. We told others with out tell the whole story, They all said that it sound like a set up. Which it was. I wass looking at the dealers picture he had on his desk of his family. If you have to take a job that you have to lie and decieve others what are you teaching your child. We love are kids more than that. I hope one day they can be honest.

Ask me why, not to buy from Zimbrick!

by bodycop on 08/12/2009

Would you buy a vehicle from a company you could not trust? Before I purchased my vehicle, I asked several employees, had this vehicle been in an accident? I was assured that the vehicle I was about to purchase had never been in an accident. I was told the vehicle was in excellent condition and certified as in like new condition. I bought a certified vehicle and was told it was in like new condition, never in an accident, paid top dollar for the vehicle; and only by a fluke; talked with the previous leaser, then found out the vehicle was in multiple; including at least one serious; accidents, repaired, and for all intents and purposes, the entire vehicle was repainted. And once alerted I found, painted rather poorly. I was told that Zimbrick did not know the vehicle had been damaged. A certified vehicle checked over top to bottom by Zimbrick. I know, you know, Zimbrick knew! Zimbrick employees told me, the vehicle is now my problem, as I purchased the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE! Zimbrick certified my vehicle as like new. I based my decision to buy on the Kelly Blue Book price, as purchased from a retailer, for the exact vehicle I purchased, as Zimbrick, a company I trusted, represented it to me, and stated to me to be in flawless condition. I later found out by reading Kelly Blue Book that my vehicle, as purchased, is not in excellent condition, in fact it is not in good condition, it is at best, by Kelly Blue Book standards, in fair condition. If a friend told you that Zimbrick sold them a vehicle that had thousands of dollars in repairs and your friend stated that after the purchase he or she found out that Zimbrick sold them the vehicle without disclosing the damage and repairs, and because of that failure to disclose, the vehicle was worth thousands of dollars less than the purchased price; would you be able to trust Zimbrick employees as they tell you that the vehicle you are about to purchase has no problems, has never been in an accident or been repaired? Now ask yourself: Would you pay top-dollar for a vehicle that you know has been in a serious accident? Do you have money to waste, money to throw away? What if you did not know the vehicle was extensively damaged; because it had been repaired? Would it matter? Are you sure that your vehicle is not salvaged, has not had flood damage or dropped off the shipping truck, then repaired and is now awaiting a purchase agreement to be signed by you? Knowing this, do you think it is possible that Zimbrick employees will not tell you the truth? Do you care?

lousy, pessimistic and skeptic sales men

by doctormd on 08/07/2009

I requested an online price quote for BMW X5 through KBB. it was directed to one of the sales person at zimbrik BMW. scheduled an appointment and a possible test drive. on the day of appointment this guy started cross questioning me as if i was there to waste his time any play with his BMW toys. he kept on asking me repeatedly why i wanted to buy this car. i gave him several hints to tell him humbly that if have the money why shouldn't i? but apparently he was stupid and could not take the hint. he brought his x5 to the service station because it was raining and barely opened the door of the car and asked me to peek in. it was not only disgusting but also embarrassing. finally told him that i will have to do some internet search on the vehicle to make a final decision. if it was not for this lousy, pessimistic and skeptic sales man i would have bought the car in less than a few weeks from zimbrick. but because of the atmosphere he created i would not even give them a dime. called [another dealership] very next moment to scheduled a test drive next week. in my assessment a sales man of his caliber would not even be suitable to work in a grocery store or a gas station. i am surprised how BMW maintains their franchise to such illiterate and discourteous franchisee.

Zimbrick BMW

by bmwfan6 on 03/20/2008

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Zimbrick BMW. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was researching several models in the BMW line and my sales person Mike Dennis was patient and really helped me to decide on the best car for me based on what I need not what they wanted to sell. I looked at a few other competing lines and I can say hands down the BMW drives better, feels better and I feel is the best investment. I love that I don't have to pay for any maintenance for the first 4 years, and I look forward to my commute each day as I get to know my new car.
