Just wanted to let you know we drove all the way from Parkersburg to look at a car that was shown on website for a little under $20,000. After talking to the sales guy Vince, witch was very nice, but found out you had to finance through them to get the deal. We even had a trade in. We were willing to pay cash, but they didn't budge, the price actually went up. So, we shall try other places to give our money to somebody else that doesn't have a hidden agenda. Btw, sales Manager stayed in office the whole time. Very sorry I wasted my Sunday on this trip..

I went to two dealerships before visiting the Moses website. I was in doubt of the cars I test drove. When in doubt don't do it right ? I visited Moses website and viewed a few vehicles and was instantly attracted to the Kia Optima. I made an appointment and was greeted by George and told him what I was looking for. We test drove the car and I had zero doubts. I bought the car and everyone loves it ! I recommend Moses to everyone . Thank you again George !!

I had an awesome experience with Moses downtown! My salesperson, Jacob, made my buying experience the best I've ever had...from searching for the car I wanted along with the payment I requested. He was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the car. He is always available whether in person, phone or text. Even though I purchased my vehicle in December, he is still available whenever I have a question. I've recommended Moses to all of my friends.

ALL the personnel, at Moses Downtown,that I was in contact with was very courteous and professional. They did not pressure me in any way,shape,or form to purchase a new vehicle and treated me with utmost respect as if I were a millionaire(which I am definitely not). They have bee great from first contact. However the generic inline adds that GM puts out are deceptive . I called them thinking we were talking about the advertised price . you not only have to read the fine print about rebates and how few qualify but you have to search to find it . This is a GM issue not Moses they were great all along . Moses gets 5 stars GM gets -0-

My wife and I came to look at a car on the lot and Fred S showed us that car as well as a newer model which we ended up buying. I explained that I needed to have the car checked by a mechanic before finalizing the purchase. I came in on a Saturday and was pressured into signing the paperwork for the sale. I was not able to take the car to a shop and have it checked out before purchase. I offered to do this Monday (it was Saturday and the shop was closed) but was told they couldn't do this since they can't allow the car off the lot with their plate without him going along for the ride and he can't take the time out to do this. He also said there would be paperwork stating that the car could be returned if it doesn't pass. There was no such paper and he seemed upset that I was reluctant to sign papers for this reason, acting insulted that I wouldn't accept his word that any car they sell would have already passed their inspection and that that should be good enough for me. They also seemed bothered by the fact that I was actually reading the documents before signing and annoyed when I found mistakes and they had to reprint some documents (mostly their choice-I wasn't too bothered by the mistakes.) My experience with the actual purchase of the car was so bad that I actually feel good that they were probably just as annoyed by me as I was by them. I will be taking the car to be checked tomorrow just to be safe. As far as I can tell, there is nothing wrong with the car, but I am not a mechanic. Nobody should be treated the way they treated me at Moses. I have no intention of shopping there in the future and will let people know of my experience when they are shopping for a car.

We found the staff to be very courteous and pleasant to deal with. We felt comfortable and by that I mean in no way did we feel pressured into purchasing our Acadia. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to answer all our questions. He familiarized us to several features and we didn't have to refer to the manual each time. All in all we were very pleased with our purchase.
