Audi Spokane does a fantastic job caring for its customers in the way of outstanding service. They serviced my daughters A4 and kept me in the loop through all that needed to be done. Q5 75,000 mile service

I called Audi Spokane for an oil change appt. Upon realizing I was due for the 75k service; the clerk provided me with what all is included and a quote. Luckily they had a next day appointment slot open and I got in first thing in the morning. The courtesy shuttle driver was the best and my little chat with him made my day. My car was ready before they had estimated and I they have an awesome printout of the work performed and status of tire and break wear. Was super impressed by the knowledge, efficiency and friendly staff.

Randy, the service manager went above and beyond to make sure I wax taken care of. I needed to bring my car in for some follow up work on a prior service and he made sure I was accommodated as best as I could be. I definitely get great service from Audi Spokane

Went in for yearly maintenance and TPMS software update. I scheduled the first appointment of the day and was expecting to be there about four hours, However, they got everything completed in about three hours. I live about two hours from the dealership and was able to get home by lunch time. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.
