Horrible Car Buying Experience

My husband wanted a used car that we could only find at Moore Cadillac. We went to the dealership to inspect and test drive the car. We were not ready to discuss a price, but the sales manager kept insisting that we give him a number. Since we refused, he implied that we could not afford this vehicle and that we did not have good credit scores, so we left. After searching further, we could not find a similar car at a different dealership, so we decided to purchase it from Moore Cadillac. We negotiated with the dealership and settled on a price, down payment, interest rate, etc. We also completed the loan application before going to pick up the car. Unfortunately, our disappointing experience continued when we returned to pick up the car. We were at the dealership for three hours. There was no one ahead of us in the finance department, but we spent most of that time waiting for the finance person. When we finally saw him, he tried to give us a higher interest rate than we had already agreed on, and convince us that it was a good deal. Eventually he decided to give us the rate we had already agreed on. He also kept forgetting to subtract the cost of tags since we were transferring them from our existing vehicle. The entire experience was horrible. I am not sure how anyone could be happy with the customer service that we received. If this car had been available at another dealership, we would've walked away and never spent our money at this establishment. We will not be back to purchase ANYTHING from this dealership again.

Very pleasant staff. Morgan was very helpful and went out of her way to help. Good feeling for the customer. Initially, I didn't want to speak with any manager about the car purchase but the manager at Moore was very nice and pleasant to speak with. This is encouraging and entice me to recommend Moore Cadillac to my friends.

Amazing Experience!!!

I cannot thank Moores Cadillac & their staff enough for such an amazing car buying experience. I had shopped around for a MB, Audi, BMW and Cadillac and hands down, my experience at Moore was the best! They werent pushy & arrogant like the other places and that was such a breath of fresh air. I ended up going with the XTS and I love my car. Moore's professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care were just a few reasons as to why I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to this establishment. You will have my repeat business!

Over a decade ago I was sitting in the waiting room and was treated to a visit from Mr. Moore, the owner. He checked witheach of the customers there to see if we were being well taken care of. Recently, I purchased an ATS from a brand new salesman at Moore. A nice man who worked hard to please me. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the sale. Enter the current owner, Mr. Moore's grandson. He addressed my problem and ensured that all of my expectattions were exceeded. You can be sure that I will continue to be a Moore Cadillac customer. The owner takes great pride in what his family does there.

Great Dealership

Great Place to purchase a vehicle. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of product is superb. The dealership itself is absolutely beautiful and the people working inside are very friendly and courteous. When it comes to getting down to business and negotiating, they are very fair and really want to make sure you are satisfied with the price of the vehicle. I am huge fan of Cadillac and have been to many Cadillac dealerships, but I must say that Moore is best in class.

Poor internet response to USAA Buying service

I requested quotes from cadillac dealers in my area through USAA car buying service. dealers are supposed to respond with their best quote making the experience easy simple steps. This dealer responded with MSRP prices. I responded with a thank you and stated I was apparently wasting my time and received the following response, "You asked for the price of our cars, not the price with a discount. I value our products and the extra services our dealership provides. Services you will not get at other dealerships. We do not just give discounts without someone asking because we are a business and we are here to make money, just like any other business you deal with. We do not just give cars away and treat clients like they are disposable. If you just want the lowest price possible and are not concerned with the relationship after your purchase, then I can give you the number to a dealership in Ohio that sells cars for invoice. If you want a pleasant relationship with a dealership that will bend over backwards to take care of you for the life of your vehicle, then come on in and we will do our best to give you the best price. This is Cadillac and our clients expect to be treated in a distinguished manner. Good luck to you." I was wasting my time with this dealership. all the others in the area responded with very responsive quotes. Watch out for this dealership.

I entered the dealership at 9am on a Sat, was greeted and we started the process of looking and testing a new Cadillac SRX. They worked with me and together we came to the price, interest rate and terms. I left with my new Cadillac. Great follow-up also in the 2 weeks following the sale!! Nice

I have been a Cadillac owner for over 10 years, and I will say that the professional staff at Moore Cadillac was the best purchase experience thus far. I purchase every 2 years, and continue to look for outstanding service, my last CTS V purchase from Moore was the BEST ever!!

I was new to the area and knew I wanted to purchase a Cadillac, as I have been a loyal brand customer for years. I walked into Moore Cadillac and knew this was where I was purchasing my new car! I was welcomed as I walked in and the experience was so fluid and flawless - I couldn't have asked for a better one! I have already told 5 people about my experience today! I have purchased 4 cars from Moore Cadillac, the sales team is the most professional group I have ever worked with. It gives me great joy to send my family and friends there, for sales or service. I was a import driver for many years, unti Moore Cadillac proved to me thay could be better than my past dealership. So happy the moved to Chantilly a few years ago, makes the drive there easy. Ask for "Jean Benedict", she is a good salesperson, with integrity, Jean has always delivered what she has promised. I can't say enought good things about her and Moore Cadillac.

Moore Cadillac Hummer sales review

Recently went shopping for a new car and on a whim stopped in at Moore Cadillac. Never in a million years did I imagine I would buy a Cadillac. I found the experience pleasant. I test drove 4 different models, 2 CTS Sport Wagons, 2 SRX's and never felt rushed. We left the dealership to, in my mind, go purchase a new Audi A6 wagon. We came back to the Cadillac dealer and consumated the purchase of the Sport Wagon. Sales personnel and others were all very professional. Would recommend you give Cadillac a look-see and my experience at Moore Cadillac was one of the nicest new car buying experiences I've ever had. At one point I commented that Audi's had thicker paint and our salesman, Jonathan, brought out a paint thickness meter gauge to show me that , yes indeed, Cadillac was just as thick, 6 mils.
