I strongly dislike the process of purchasing a new vehicle.... this experience at Sheehy Ford of Ashland with Megan and the rest of the team was a breath of fresh air.... we drove by quite a few Ford Dealerships to go deal with Sheehy in Ashland! Best Buying Exoerience I’ve Had!

I have purchased numerous new vehicles throughout the past 40 years and this was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had. My salesman, Ray Edgall, was courteous and professional. He NEVER pressured me one way or the other, which was greatly appreciated. I decided to order a new truck (which I’ve never done before) and Ray was very prompt when I posed various questions to him throughout the 5+ months from the initial order to delivery. The F&I manager, Meagan, was also very pleasant to deal with and never pressured us to buy any services or products we didn’t want or need. I ended up purchasing a couple of services, but they were the ones I knew I wanted before I entered the office. Sheehy Ashland has earned my business going forward and I would not hesitate recommending Ray if you’re in the market for a new ride!

EV Purchase

This was my 2nd EV purchase, but my first Ford. I was looking for a more comfortable ride than my Hyundai Ioniq 5, and set my sights on the Mustang Mach-E. I saw that the local Sheehy dealership had a model that met my criteria, so I dropped by for a test ride. Justin Robbins met with me, and off we went. After a typical test ride, he suggested that I take it home for the night(!). I've never had a dealer suggest this, and I took him up on it. Needless to say, the next day we sealed the deal. Justin was great to work with, as was the entire team at Sheehy. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford of Ashland if you're looking for an EV car or truck. (I'm sure their ICE lineup is also very nice).

Best Car Buying Experience ever!!

Curtis Shannon and Sheehy Ford made my recent purchase of a Ford Edge the best car buying experience ever. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Curtis really listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect vehicle. I am super happy with my purchase. It’s a great vehicle. I had searched for a vehicle for three days and coming to Sheehy Ford was amazing.

Just had a great buying experience at Sheehy Ford in Ashland, yesterday, mainly due to the determination of Lisa Johnson, to finally get me what I wanted at a price I could afford. She was so helpful in cutting through the usual crap you get at other dealerships (at least the one's I went to). This is the third Ford Escape I purchased from Sheehy, and there is no doubt when the time comes for a new vehicle, I'll go back there and hope she is there. Again, just a wonderful experience. 5 Stars to Sheehy, and at least 6 to Lisa.

Phenomenal Customer Service, Care, and Support

Chris Anderson took complete care of us buying a 2021 Jeep Rubicon. He answered all of our questions, took photos and videos of the Jeep to help us see exactly how great the Jeep was. We are 3.5 hours away from the dealership and Chris was phenomenal in remotely showing us how spectacular this Jeep is.He even sent us pictures of the undercarriage when the Jeep was on the lift being inspected. Since we were the first ones to inquire about the Jeep Chris was extremely fair and ethical by continuing to work with us even though there were numerous other people interested. Chris even offered to pick us up at the train station if needed and offered to return our rental car. Eric made securing a loan and filling out the required paperwork extremely easy, seamless and painless. Most of the work was done remotely and we barely spent an hour at the dealership picking up the Jeep. Chris was extremely helpful with providing directions for us to get back home safely and avoiding the Washington DC traffic on I95.We had a great experience working with the Sheehy Ford dealership.

I purchased a car from Sherry at Sheehy Ford of Ashland, and it was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable about the features of my vehicle, helped point out different things about the vehicle that I missed, and was easy to work with. The level of service all around was at a much higher level than any other dealership we visited. We'll definitely be back!

I have worked with Sheehy Ford of Ashland for over four years now. I bought two new vehicles (2020 F-150 and and most recently a 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands) and both experiences were exceptional! My sales representative, Sherry Sandlin, went above and beyond to accommodate my business schedule, to the point of driving the vehicle to my house to test drive and eventually deliver nice and clean. She is always responsive, professional, and kind. I have recommended this dealership and sales rep. twice - both receiving the same exceptional service. This is not the closest dealership to my home but it is worth the extra miles! Highly recommended!!

We had a great sales experience buying our new Bronco Sport from Ray Edgell at Sheehy Ford of Ashland! We had worked with a different dealer and had almost closed the deal when they soured the whole experience by trying to force a bunch of expensive and unwanted “options” like VIN etching, LoJack, and paint protection on us. We decided to look elsewhere, and although Sheehy of Ashland didn't have a vehicle with the exact options we wanted in inventory, Ray and sales manager Vincent were able to find the perfect vehicle elsewhere and work out a dealer swap. The end result is we got the exact vehicle we were looking for, and paid $2,500 less than the other dealer’s offer! Ray was helpful, informative, and patient with us. He wasn’t pushy, and although he informed us of available options for things like extended warranties, service plans, etc (which we weren’t interested in) he didn’t pressure us. Eric in the finance department was also helpful and efficient in walking us through finance options and paperwork. Five stars to the Sheehy of Ashland sales and finance teams!

This was the best car buying experience I ever had!! Lisa Johnson catered to my every need and want on my car buying journey and didn’t badger me all the time!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Justin Waggoner. He is a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and is a genuinely nice person in general. The best part is that he isn't your typical pushy salesperson. He will answer questions and provide information and then give you the time to make your purchase decision without constantly trying to close the deal.
