Well my wife has health problems and we live 30min. away on the lake.I searched for 6 months to find the perfect used v8 e type 550. Finally found a beautiful one in the white my wife wanted at woodlands.I called on Saturday spoke to the salesman I had spoken with 3 previous times.I told him I wanted that particular car no haggle on price. I offered to give him a deposit on credit card as my wife had a Dr. appt. I had to drive her too in Houston( he said it wasn't necessary) and we would pick it up and sign papers on Monday ,it would be around 12 as my wife is not an early riser. He said no problem it will be here ready to go. Well we get there ,and there she is beautiful, like new sitting in showroom floor,(we did not know that was it) I got our salesman called to showroom, told him I was here to pay for and pick up the white E550 with pano roof, stock number ---- That I spoke with you about on Friday.He said great let me find it, we in meantime were looking at beautiful one in showroom ,well guess what? He comes back and says I cant find it,let me ask where it is. He comes out and says that's it right there,my wife was so happy!!! Then he says but it was sold 30 min ago to someone else.I said I offered to give you deposit over phone Friday that I would be here today!!! He said he was sorry but another salesman sold it without checking. Well guess what They lost that sale, lost an AMG new sale to my daughter,We have always bought or leased a new vehicle every year so either my wife or I had a new year model. WEll we drove to star Motors in Houston and they were the nicest, most polite ,and did what they said they would do, It was the best car buying experience ever. My daughter lives in woodlands drove all way to sugarland MB. Because of way she was treated in woodlands

Kriss patiently LISTENED to what my daughter needed in a vehicle to feel safe enough to drive again (just a week ago she lost her car in a bad accident). Care and compassion were VERY evident during the entire process. All options were presented. We started off wanting a pre-owned vehicle. We feel in love with one car, then made a complete 180 degree turn, interested in leasing a new vehicle instead. No matter what we wanted and how many times we changed our minds, Kriss jumped immediately to the next scenario: no problem, no judgment, no complaints... pure, unselfish patience. Honestly, the patience and understanding of a father, NOT a salesperson. The entire experience felt like a warm hug!!

Worst Experience Ever at a MB Dealership

Having purchased over 300 cars for myself and my companies, and being an avid collector of exotic and classic cars, I consider myself most qualified to leave this opinion about MBTW. I recently went to their dealership to have my S550 serviced and to purchase a SUV. I was told by the salesman that MBOTW prices their used cars so low that they only have a maximum of a $1k profit built in to the asking price. This is absurd! I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali.The used SUV I regretfully purchased had to have a new transmission a week later, and it took the dealership over a month to provide me with the 2nd key and a disk for the NAV to work. It's been in the shop 3 times in the first month at the GMC dealership, and still has issues. For financing, I asked to meet with the F&I Manager (Finance & Insurance) before completing an application. I explained to her that I had excellent credit and that I only wanted the ap submitted to one bank, and no others. Having promised she would do so, I find out hours later that they had submitted my application to approximately five banks; most of which marked the inquiry not as an auto loan, but as personal loan; consumer loan, and etc. The various types of inquiries caused my FICO score to go down over 15 points for 3 years! I've reached out to the Owner/G.M. over three times and despite assurances given me, he has not called me for going on three-(3) months. This is the most unprofessional Mercedes dealership I have ever dealt with, in over 20 years of owning Mercedes Benz and other cars. I would recommend you go to another dealership that is befitting of the Mercedes Benz brand. My experience was akin to one at a corner used car lot. Intending to file civil suit.

Bought a new Mercedes from Kriss Arbury as a reward to my wife upon her retirement from teaching in the public school system for 36 years.I wanted a special presentation, on a special occasion, for a special lady. Kriss rose to the to the task, delivered the vehicle to the school as she was preparing to depart for the last time. Kriss assisted with every facet of the presentation, and helped create the perfect moment for an everlasting memory. Well above my expectations, and certainly beyond any previous experience I have had with a new car purchase !

My husband had been looking to buy a new vehicle and had settled on a 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. We had heard that the Mercedes dealership in The Woodlands was new and we headed out to take a test drive. Our salesman, Kriss Arbury, immediately pulled several options for us based on what we told him we were looking for. We had been working with him during the day already to get pre-approved for financing. We test drove one and loved it. When we got back to the dealership, we decided to purchase the car and started the trade-in process on my husbands Ford Mustang. We got a very fair amount for our trade. Having gotten the financing process started earlier in the day, we met with them and decided on a warranty and gap insurance and finalized the purchase. Kriss walked us through every step of the purchase and we would definitely recommend looking for him when you go there! His enthusiasm for the product was obvious! He made us feel very comfortable and we would definitely recommend him to anyone! The last thing I wanted to mention is that we weren't able to get to the dealership until around 6pm and they close at 7pm. Kriss, his boss Mike Stahl and Nic Botusan (finance) stayed until the very end, around 9:15pm. Not one complaint or rushing us at all and we appreciated that!
