We were in the area to look at some cars we had seen and been attracted to via the price and pictures that we saw online. After numerous talks via text and phone with Sarkar ... My guy got the deal done! His professionalism, his patient manners, his overall awesome hard work is what helped us feel comfortable and confident about buying here today. My girls ran all through the dealership and nobody seemed to mind. Thank you for that. I made a couple hot teas while we discussed business. My wife test drove the vehicle she liked Toyota Sequoia and liked how clean it was. After talks with Reggie, and Elvis... We finally found and agreed on a number. The deal was done. We had an excellent time with Alexa in fiance. We had an excellent overall experience. Only knock is that we hoped for more keys for the vehicle... (Will cost us more in the near future) This review should be read by all the OKC dealerships that couldn't get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. Thank you Courtesy Nissan for helping us leave as Happy, confident, & satisfied customers. Thank you Sarkar... At the end of the day... SARKAR IS THE REASON WE DID THE DEAL. Went to the dealership for oil change. Rodger immediately assisted me and walk me through everything that i need to pay attention on my car. He inspected it thoroughly and kept circling back at me to see how im doing while waiting for my car.

Great experience overall except for long wait (2 hrs before getting to the finance dept!!!). Went in on 4/27 (Sat) to meet my salesmen, Leo and Eddie assigned thru Costco Auto Sales program. Both are great getting me test driving the Rogue and not to forget Ron Sentell (new car mgr), Ron was both honest and entertaining to negotiate a final price. See these trio if you want a great experience at Courtesy Nissan (avoid Kerry Hilton). Spoke to Joe, finance director about the long wait and was given a lame excuse that Sat was always busy. If you have worked there for a long while and being that level, you should be well prepared at least to have materials like svc programs and financing options materials for customer to read thru before meeting the finance folks (3 on duty that day) so we don't waste their or our times. When it came to our turn to talk to the financing person, Saul, he rushed thru the process as they were running behind and did not even introduce himself to begin. Thru the process, he did not clearly state what our financing period will be and decided for us to go with the 60 months period term. Did not tell us what the interest rate will be until I asked!!! Just a disappointment and really poor exemplification of the plaque (clear and honest communication). Just a bottleneck kink that needs attention. Otherwise, would have given 5/5 stars.

Courtesy isn't just their title

I have been to Courtesy Nissan for vehicle maintenance on my Altima ever since I bought it there 6 years ago, and they have treated me well every time. The lowest rating I would give for a time (the worst time) I've been there would be 3.5 out of 5 stars, due to a momentary billing discrepancy that they cleared up fast when I made them aware of it. But my visit there yesterday deserves all five stars, for sure. I was treated with great courtesy and fairness throughout the entire process.
