Bad service

I went for CV axle replacement they change controller arm and still charged me 200$ deductible for nothing. Still getting clunking noise from axels now its getting more worst This is the last Nissan vehicle I ever purchased

This experience was great. The reason I gave them a four because I checked on a recall three months ago (in person) they had on the Titan and they said it was completed. When I brought it in this time, Efran told me that I had a recall that need to be done. Really disappointed I was driving on some long distance trips recently on a vehicle that something wrong with it. Good Job Courtesy Nissan. Efran was great and helpful.

Helping out a traveler in need

My wife and I were on vacation from out of town when the cooling fan went out on our Rouge. We called Courtesy Nissan just before closing and Efran Palma made sure everything was setup for us and that the part was there at the service shop. We had the car there when they opened at 7:00 the next morning and they had the car done and ready for us to go by noon! That’s taking care of people the way you should.

Overall pleased with the service

I was promptly greeted upon arriving at Courtesy Nissan. However, I waited about 20 minutes before someone came over who could actually help me and get the process started. Once the car was turned over to the service folks, the work was done well and in a timely manner. Upon doing an inspection of my car, a couple of other minor things were discovered which were brought to my attention. After giving them permission to fix the problems, they quickly completed the work. Cashing out when I picked up my car was quick and easy.

Courtesy Nissan it's always a pleasure go in. I've been getting all my service done there, for almost 6 yrs. Efran was quick to come out and see what kind of service I needed. I like the fact that I can go in and they let me know what's recommended to my vehicle and I get to decide what I can afford. Although I always come back to get what's necessary. Service is always amazing! Staff is friendly, respectful, & courteous! Just the best!!
