Never do business with Lexus in Nashville had two conversations where they were dishonest and now their GSM is standing behind their dishonesty and instead of making it right is offering us a credit if we go in and buy a vehicle from them to make up for their transgressions. My husband turned in our leased vehicle early and under mileage, which we purchased an excessive wear and use warranty on it to ensure we weren't charged for anything when turning the vehicle in. He forgot my key, however the finance manager advised, 'don't worry it's covered under your additional warranty.' A month later we receive a bill for the key, we call lexus financial and they advise deal with the dealership. The dealership returned 0 calls. My husband drives the key down there talks to the same individual and they advise, 'oh, surprising it's not covered under that warranty, don't worry we'll take care of it.' The GSM called and refused to refund the amount of key or even return the key to us! He never even apologized for their misinformation that they provided us twice! Heed my warning and drive out of town to another dealer before doing business with this dealership. ...I should also mention this was my first lease but I'm a previous two time Lexus owner as well, so now they've damaged the relationship with a long standing customer who won't be buying any more Lexus's moving forward.
