If your looking for a New Kia, you need to go see Josh!! He will help you find the perfect vehicle that will fix you and all your needs. He's very informative and not an overbearing salesman like you see other places. I should know it took me several days to actually step up and make the decision to buy the New Seltos that I really wanted. Josh had an answer for all my questions. Great Saleman

In shock and it is a good thing

If you want a purchase to go as smooth as it can, go here and talk with Walter Martin. I am 46 years old and I have purchased several cars over the years & I have never had anything go so smooth in all my life. Walter is right on top of things. He cares, listens and most of all......not pushy. He understands how things can be and does everything in his power to make it all work out the way that it needs to for the customer.

My husband and bought a car from lee this weekend and I have to say Lee is the best salesman there. He will take care of everything for you and make it so you have your car ready to drive out as soon as your done with financing. He went through every detail on the new car with us and made us feel comfortable. Rusty Wallace we will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle. I wish I could give the sales department a 0 score !!!

I wish I could give the sales department a zero score especially Tony and Ben They Screwed me over on a Car deal called me a Liar tony said he would work on getting my payment lowered I waited an hour and a half and Ben said it’s a done deal they waited until the deal was completed with the bank . I wanted my car back They Blow smoke up my ass about having to have the extended warranty for $3500 They make it sound like they are giving you such a good deal but in all honesty they are screwing you he could have given me my car back and let me out of this deal they chose not to I will never ever go back to Rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan to buy anything ever again I’m screwed 550 a month for 78 months

Scott and Ben are Awesome

My husband and I stopped by a few weeks ago on a Saturday to just look and see what is out there. Scott Stiff met us and was very nice and professional. We told him what we were looking for and he went above and beyond to help us, not only find something in our budget but something that we really liked. He was not pushy in any way. Ben in finance was also awesome. He made the paper work go very smoothly and quickly. I have returned a couple of times for varies reason and anyone that has assisted me have been very nice to work with. They all go above and beyond. I have been telling everyone about our great experience we had at Rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan Road. Keep up the good work guys.

Treated like trash

First off I have bought 5 cars from Kia on Callahan road. On July the 8th 2019 we thought we might just stop by RWK of Knoxville to look at the new Telliride. We were not dressed in our Sunday best nor did we feel like we had to be .We were met by a salesman before we could even get out if our vehicle. We asked to look at the new telliride as they had 2 base models on the lot. My daughter whom is a established person of character in our county was interested in possibly purchasing one of these vehicles. We went through the whole spiel of the car buying protocol. We waited for a while before he got back with us. He treated us like garbage all the while saying I’m the most honest salesman you’re ever gonna meet. He never went to his manager to get a price didn’t have any paperwork whatsoever and came after about an hour of us just wandering what a payment would be and said between 650.00 and 700.00 per month. I remind you I have purchased 5 Brand New cars from Kia of Knoxville and I’m pretty sure my math is still ok But a 31,000.00 car would not be 700.00 per month Hey Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville I will NOT buy another vehicle from you and WILL let people know that you are NOT LOYAL to your customers. vehicle

Made a mistake

The salesman and I did not mesh well. However, Jessica who got us to come to that dealership. She was really nice. The finance manager and sales manager were great. We made a fast decision and bought the wrong car. I am really just not happy with The Kia Optima .It is a nice car but it just isn't me. I wish I could return it and get a blue KIa X-Line which they did not have on the lot.They had no Kia Niros in stock which they said they could go get from another Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa . They only had one blue Kia Turbo Soul in stock which is more expensive because of the turbo. When I asked the salesman if he could get a blue Kia Soul X-LINE there to this lot. He said "probably not. It would be really difficult". We should have went to Alcoa highway. They had more of what we wanted in stock. Kia Soul X-LINE is very stylish. Really regret not getting it. We also looked at the Kia Forte but they only had white and it was a bit small for me. The selection of what we wanted was low on inventory. If you want a Niro or Soul do you research on-line first of which dealership has what cars in stock. There selection at this location was lacking. I just don't understand why the salesman could not go and get us what we wanted from Alcoa Hwy. They had and still have 3 in stock. Regrets!

It started out great

When all was said and done I was happy then I got home and really read the paper work and discovered I had been lied to by the financial manager.. I ask for credit life and was told he didn't know anything about that but the lender would go over all that with me in a few days... well... When I got home and saw it was a box on the paperwork that had been purposely left unchecked I was pretty upset... Now I will have to change lenders and start over because its a contract and I can't change it... Thank Goodness I have a local credit union I can go to for help... I also received in the mail the same day I returned from dealership a flyer saying no interest and numerous rebates... I have credit rating of 853 I'm sure I qualified but I got a 3.99 % interest and only half the rebates and I don't think that is right when they told me the deal we made was the best they could do for me...... I won't fall for that ever again because I won't do business there again... and I plan on going to social media with this issue.

Good experience turned bad

I started talking to our sales person Toby on 6/11. On 6/12 I gave my sales person my credit card to hold a particular car (wanted a certain color). $500 was charged to my card and I was assured that it would be refunded. I purchased the car on 6/16 and was advised by the finance manager, Ditto Murrin that I would see my refund. I watched for it to happen. On 6/22 after several attempts to talk to someone in finance (receptionist would always say they were with a customer) I talked to Ditto and he advised he would research and call me on Monday, 6/25. After several attempts to contact each other I finally spoke to Ditto on Wednesday, 6/27. He again took all of my credit card information and advised he would take care of the refund as soon as he got off the phone and I should see the refund in a few minutes. On Friday morning 6/29 I still did not have the refund. I called yet again and asked for the finance manager. I was transferred to Mark Michienzi who listened to me and promptly put me on hold. Ditto picked up the call and advised me that he had done all he could do (and not nicely - he was very defensive in his tone) and said he could send me to accounting. Not one "I am sorry" was to be heard. I then spoke to Lisa in Accounting who apologized for my troubles and is trying to assist by faxing information to my credit card company. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I was so impressed with my sales person that when I went to FL last weekend I bought my daughter a Kia Forte because I had never had a bad experience. But so much for customer loyalty. This certainly has put a bad taste in my mouth and I am not sure if I will ever buy another vehicle at Rusty Wallace. I most certainly will not put down a deposit if I have a change of heart. Funny part about this is that some empathy, follow up and maybe a free oil change would have avoided this negative review. If you to decide to go to Rusty Wallace after reading this. please ask for Toby. He is a great sales person!!!!!

Best Car Buying Experience We Have Ever Had!!

I knew 7 years ago when we bought an SUV that I should have purchased a minivan. I researched which minivan I wanted and had decided on the Kia Sedona. I began looking online and attempting to work with several Kia dealers within a 50 mile radius of us. My experience with the fine online sales staff with Rusty Wallace was by far the BEST customer service I was getting. There was never any pressure and they made the process run so smoothly.

Bought use two vehicles in the past 6 months from them. Had a transmission problem with one and they repaired it very fast. Just traded a Kia Sorento in for a newer model. GREAT deal, very fair price for the trade in. Top dealership in area!!!
