FAIR HONEST DEALERSHIP

I did all my searching on line, using Edmonds reviews-prices and owner reviews. I used internet with Courtesy Chevrolet to get pricing on Vehicle and all additional options. Test drove 2011 version: Once price settled with the options, ordered. Vehicle arrived on schedule. Wayne-spent a lot of time explaining all the options on vehicle. Vehicle came without mats due to Flooding in Vermont-Wayne made sure I received mats. Good Car Buying experience:Recommend anyone buying a vehicle go to this dealership.

we went to courtesy chevrolet to look at some of the new cars. jamie bush was our salesman and he was not the least bit pushy. i felt comfortable the entire time we were there and my husband did as well. we told them what kind of payment we could do and they worked it out. it was great. my husband was elated and the salesman took him all over the lot introduced him to several people, showed him where the service dept. was and even introduced him to them. i don't think that i have ever seen my husband so happy or so at ease with someone who is a stranger.

What a joke-those tv ads with the penguin that say courtesy is their way of business. I have never been treated so poorly by any car dealership in my life. Pushy salesman, bait and switch car deals, price raising, supposedly mistaken posted prices...everything your mother told you to fear about car salesmen! If you want to teach your child what to stay away from on a car lot, then this is the must visit place. The slippery salesman wasn't even the worst. The "Sales Manager" was a piece of work, and I use this polite term ONLY to comply with the rules of the board. That being said, I went to another dealership, purchased the same car-only 2 model years newer with less miles and paid $2000 LESS. I was treated with respect and courtesy at the OTHER dealership-not at Courtesy of Kingsport. And I paid cash. I hope the sales manager at Courtesy misses the money that I would have paid him if he had not been such a hateful [violative content deleted]. I hope the owner knows what kind of employees he has driving away customers. The rating below asks if I would ever purchase a car at this dealership. NO is not a strong enough answer! How about I'd rather walk bare-foot over hot coals than even visit this lot again!
