I have never been to a dealership and didn't feel pressure from a salesmen but Johnson City Ford is so much different. Saturday afternoon me and my wife was looking at cars all day long I decided to drop by Johnson City Ford and see what they had and the car salesman Nick came to us and shook our hand and introduced himself and asked us how we were doing like he knew us forever. We explained what our situation was and we were just looking to buy later sometime. We first were just looking for my wife we test drove a 2017 escape and my wife fell in love with it when sitting down and working on financing we got a 2017 escape with the best interest rate we have ever got and I mentioned that I would be looking to trade my current vehicle in because I was like 4000 upside down they said the were possibly able to get me at a 0% interest rate so after test driving a 2016 Fusion I knew what I wanted and went back in after signing paperwork for my wife and signed paperwork with 0% financing with my trade-in and negative equity. Long story short I will never ever go back to anywhere else and will want car salesman Nick C. For future deals I can not say anything bad about Johnson City Ford I tell everyone about how they were and recommend everyone to them.

My salesman, Nathan , was not the lea see t bit pushups. He let the car sell itself. I bought a Ford Fiesta and went to Dollywood today in it. Jim love my new car. Would not expect a small car to be this nice. Rabbit, as he said yt? O call him helped me get financing even tho my credit wasn't that great. I got 0% financing and 90 days with no payment.

Enjoyable experience

Met salesman Craig Layfield for first time when I drove into dealership for first time . Craig went over all features on 2016 Ford Fusion as I had never been in a Fusion before . No sales pitch and no pressure on me to buy today like I heard from other dealerships . I negotiated best deal I could and purchased automobile which seems to be a quality automobile at a fair price. Craig was a pleasure to work with at the sale and will be there for me after the sale . Jerry Krouse Johnson City , Tn

As a long time Ford owner, I have made many purchases of both Lincolns and Fords. Having had a daughter in the dealership business things were quite easy. However, Since she has left Ford, this is my first purchase from a different dealer. Well !!!!! it was superb. Talk about NICE people throughout the dealership ...... Just marvelous. I was introduced to every manager and salesperson and even the service writer team. These folks not only deserve your business ... you would be foolish not to take advantage of their fair negotiation tactics and good prices. It would be your loss not to deal with Ramey Ford in Johnson City TN

New F150

What a pleasure to finely find a dealer who wanted to seal me a vehicle the way I wanted it. The sells staff were very professional and polite. No pressure, yet always there to answer any questions. The first time I met Daniel I knew he was the one I would be buying from. After going to many other dealers and talking to lots of salesman and even pricing vehicles on-line I knew where to go. I called before going back to the lot and told them when my wife and I would be returning. When we arrived Daniel was waiting for us with a cart to hall us around the lot. After asking what we had in mind he picked out servile different vehicles to show us. Once we had agreed upon a truck the guy in the finance came to us with the difference ways we could go with the financing. Every one was always polite, no pressure and my wife even heard the manager tell one of the new salesman to make sure he didn't put any pressure on the costumers. I made what I believe to be a good deal and am very satisfied with my new F150 Super Crew cab. After buying the truck and singing all the paper work and coming home I thought how I wished I had goting a bed liner for it. I called the sales man and he said no problem and best of all no charge. Great place to do business.
