I hit a deer on the highway and did massive damage to my recently paid-off 2017 Ram Truck. Called Elmwood Dodge/Ram/Jeep and JJ in the body shop absolutely took care of me. Had a tow out to me fast, and was "on the balll" throughout the whole process of getting my truck fixed. Can't say enough how happy I was with Elmwood experience in a bad situation. Thank you to JJ and the body shop for getting my truck back ASAP, and making sure the damaged areas looked like it just came off the showroom floor.

I bought a used '07 Acura TL at Elmwood Dodge, 58,000 mi., and I must say they have taken care of me every time! They honored the 90 day warranty by replacing the left front seat heater at no charge, and gave me a loaner, no charge. They installed a remote starter, no charge, as a condition of my purchase, and replaced the rotors and pads at 70, 500 mi. All work was done to perfection. This dealership understands that good service means good business. And it shall ensure repeat business! I highly recommend Elmwood Dodge.

I have owned many vehicles over the course of my 52 yrs; and for the last 12 yrs; I only use this dealership for sales and service; even though I moved 70 miles away 2 yrs ago. Jim, the manager, along with his staff of writers and mechanics consistantly go above and beyond in an area of customer service that tends to be full of thieves and scammers as a rule. I, like most people you know, consistantly hear of horror stories of repairing things that are fine; and or claims that work was done when in fact it wasn't. You won't find that kind of treatment here. From the littlest problems to major issues; I have found this service dept. to be the best of the best. My personal experiences with this dealership have always been exceptional to say the least. They do what they say they'll do, and do it in a timely fashion. On the occasion that a part has been briefly unavailable due to back order etc..; I was treated with respect for my time and given a free rental car if the problem couldn't be quickly resolved. I believe that the free rental is a part of my extended warranty; but, once after it was out of warranty; my truck had a recall. I made an appointment to have the work done and went to drop it off for the repair; and they had just used the last repair part on someone else's vehicle. No problem; they supplied me with a rental and apologized profusely for the mix up! Usually; they send a driver to another dealer to get the parts necessary; or overnighted from the supplier directly. The fact that I live far away now dosen't deter me from using them; as they willingly and happily accomodate me every time. My vehicle is always cleaner than when it was dropped off; and ready when stated. Lastly; since going to this dealer all these yrs; I couldn't help but notice the same faces year after year; that in itself is a testament to the dealers loyalty to it's own staff and customers in an area that most dealerships have a high turnover rate due to dishonesty and lack of returning customers. To me; that speaks volumes about the kind of people that work there.
