My experience at Flood was great. I had a small issue with the car at the beginning but they took care of it as soon as they could and all ended well. The salesman, Joe B., was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I walked in looking to purchase a new f-150 and the staff immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, no vultures waiting to prey on me. The salesman sat me down and helped me build the truck to my likings. The whole process including the finance was seem less and smooth. I went in to the showroom of Flood Ford wanting to build a truck to my specifications, knowing I would probably have to wait awhile for a delivery. John DeRobbio started putting in my order and found what I wanted was already being transported to RI. I jumped on that so quick and was able to pick up my new vehicle in less than a week. Paulette in the Finance dept is a dream to work with. We touched base before I came in, went over all my options and had me out the door driving away in 2 hours. This will make my 11th or 12th Ford that I have owned.

Bought a brand new vehicle at sticker price. Its been 4 weeks and it's still not registered and still do not have the second set of keys. I have purchased dozens of new vehicles from various dealers but this one certainly comes in last as far as satisfaction. I am truly sorry to have to post this type of review but sadly this is how it is.

I purchased my car using the online listing. The dealership responded immediately and allowed me to keep the car on the lot until I was able to pick it up! Since I live SEVERAL hours away, this was very much appreciated. The staff was very helpful and flexible. Their financial department was able to get me the lowest rate available as well!
