Terrible

Took too long, going back and forth with them that it would be done. They did the body work and they jacked it up a little after parking it into a bush and scraping up the front bumper. After seeing on my Chevy app basically took it for a joy ride and did a 15 mile round trip plus another drive before that day probably to make sure the vehicle is all good and alignment was good. They also were doing over 80 mph in my vehicle which showed on my app. I also noticed after looking at my vehicle underneath that they didn’t even replace the plastic piece on drivers side that holds the fender liner in place.

outstanding! from initial visit to close of sale - all the way through the people at Wright Automotive were courteous, kind, knowledgeable and helpful! We had been looking at vehicles over 6 different brands and dealerships - so our search was fairly intensive. Finishing with Wright Automotive was certainly the Wright call!!

Charged for service to fix my car's lock. However, it was never fixed.

In 2013, I took my car to Wright Pontiac while it was still under warranty, because when I clicked lock/unlock on my key fob, the driver's side door did not lock or unlock. As soon as I took my car out of Wright Pontiac's service department, I turned off my car to test it, and surprisingly, nothing was fixed. I went back inside to explain the issue and they told me they would need to order a new part and bring my car in on another day to get it fixed. This is a bit inconvenient, as it is not as simple as taking my car there for an appointment. I work during the day and I would need to drop my car off overnight, get picked up by my parents and borrow one of their cars. I never got around to taking my car back in to get this fixed until a week ago, when I took it in for a recall appointment. I asked if they could take a look at and fix the driver's side lock, and got a call from the service department. They explained it would be $280+ to fix, and I declined this for a few reasons, the first being (1) I will just use my key to manually unlock the door and (2) I am going to have to pay $280 to get something fixed that SHOULD have been fixed while my car was under warranty. I found this a little ridiculous, but the most ridiculous part was that when I picked up my car, I was charged $51 for ‘diagnostics'. I couldn't believe this, because I had previously taken my car to this specific dealership to get fixed while under warranty, they did NOT fix the issue at that time. In their computer system, they should have already known that the ‘electrical failure of the left door acctuator' was causing this issue and there is no way I should have been charged $51 for their ERROR. Needless to say, I will never be using this dealership in the future for service or the purchase of a new vehicle. My question to you, is it worth it to lose a customer over $51 due to an ERROR on your companies behalf?

WOW!!!!!

I can not tell you how happy I am with my new Buick Verano. I love it. Wrights had the perfect car at the perfect price. The manager came out a made me feel like they really wanted my business. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. This isnt your typical car dealership.

Loyal customers don't seem to be valued

We went to Wright to purchase our third car from them - but didn't succeed. Their first offer on the car was just $300 less than MSRP - as opposed to other dealers who will knock off $900 right off on the internet price. I felt like they were starting the "tag team" thing where the sales manager came over at the same time to "explain" and I decided to end the conversation. They knew what I was trying to achieve in my payments and they didn't even come within $100 of it to start. They seem to go by the "old" way of haggling and doing car buying where there is a lot of back and forth and theatrics in ultimately coming up with the magic number, which I find tiring. I bought from a dealer 30 miles away who gave me a good car-buying experience and seemed to value my business. Before I walked in the door, they had given me an internet price that was $900 less than MSRP - something that Wright wouldn't even quote although they have an internet sale division (they ask you to come in to discuss). So long, Wright. You won't get me back as a customer.
