We had a very satisfying experience with our salesman. He was very informative and explained the new vehicle in depth. There was a small issue with the steering that was resolved in one visit. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I was in the market for a vehicle in extremely high demand. The sales manager promised me he could get one fairly early and he came through brilliantly! I was kept informed and I was treated very well. They never attempted to overcharge or pull any tricks. Delivery went well too. I seriously tell anyone who asks me about my car how great the dealership was!

with all 4 tires at 30 psi. Psi should be 38. They were not happy and said no customer had ever used the 3 day, return CPO vehicle for another. I was "aporoved" for $100 more a month than I was comfortable spending. Of course, I suspect 30 psi was in retaliation. To replace 4 tires in a short period of time was also something that would have hurt me financially. What do you know? Tires are NOT leakers!

This place is great had what I wanted and did way more than I asked Brad the sales guy is the best very friendly makes u feel like family And during the covid shut down I bought my truck and we had issues with the plates because of covid 19 and I had no worries they took care of me I will be coming back in the near future to get my wife a SUV

I spent $26000 purchasing a vehicle. I gad to spen hours after the fact trying to stoping unwanted emails and mail form them chevy and Sirius radio. . They seemed unaware of how they transferred all my personal data to all there business partners. What a shame . I was treated ok and my deal was average but i will never go back over there disregard for my privacy. STAY AWAY.

I felt like we were rushed and forced to purchase a vehicle here. Upon arrival, we advised what car we'd like to see but before we could test drive or do anything, we were asked to fill out a credit application. After we received approval, we were then allowed to test drive the vehicle. We did not like the said vehicle and were concerned with a few options. This was towards the end of the day and then subsequently, we were brought numbers for a few similar vehicles. We were told then that 2 of those vehicles were sold and was shown the last vehicle. We were not able to properly inspect this said vehicle and had to make a split decision on this as the dealership was closing. While ultimately we opted for this newer vehicle with less mileage, our credit was already run and our credit reports dinged with multiple inquiries. If we would have left and gone to another dealership, this is very upsetting. Now about 3 weeks later, we have a tire problem. The sensors are not registering the proper tire problem. That's issue 1 - second issue is that we had to have a tire replaced due to the wrong tire showing up as low pressure. We contacted Outten in Hamburg with this information, even looked online to determine that they had the same tire in stock. Ultimately, they put on the top of the line tire, not the one we requested. And we are told there is nothing they can do about the sensors registering the wrong tire. I'm so beyond upset that this is the way business is being run by Outten. If I could turn back time, I would have never gone to this dealership and would have given Ford my business.

Tonight was our third traverse that we leased from Outten and always had a very POSITIVE experience. We can not say enough about Mark Speece! Mark always went above and beyond for us. He was patient, helpful, and mentioned several times that we can call or email him with any questions that we may have with our 2018 Traverse. We never once felt pressured. Mark made it possible by doing everything he could to bring the payments within our budget! The entire staff was friendly! We will definitely come back again!

We are very pleased with our purchase of the Chevy Equinox. Our salesperson was very helpful, she gave us plenty of time to look around with out being too aggressive. We thought we had found a used vehicle and were getting ready to talk numbers when Rebecca and Gary the sales manager came up with a great number on a new car. They worked a good price for our trade in and the deal was done. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Outten Chevy and will most certainly be back next time around.
