2022 Silverado RST Redline

We walked on the lot and we’re greeted by Samantha Long. Sam worked with us over a period of 2 weeks and 3 different vehicles until we settled on our 2022 Silverado. Sam was knowledgeable, low-pressure, and personable. She was prompt in response to email, text, and phone calls. Our overall experience with Kendall Chevrolet was great and we will buy there again.

The mechanics at Kendall Chevrolet are really good!

The mechanics at Kendall Chevrolet get the job done right. My truck was shuddering really bad, so I thought my transmission (the torque converter) was taking a dump because my Silverado has 140,000 miles on it, but they plugged the truck into their diagnostic tool and it was a actually a cylinder not firing because the spark plug was totally shot! Anyways, do what your owner's manual says about maintenence! I was supposed to get my spark plugs changed at 96,000 miles. As well, I had a coolant leak and oil transmission line leaks that had contaminated my transmission oil. So I figure, with a cylinder not firing and bad transmission oil the truck is going to shudder. Things wear out. Keep up on your maintenance. Anyways, they repaired everything in a timely manner and the truck is running great! I know it might cost a little more to go to the dealer for repairs but for me the peace of mind that comes from knowing your truck is going to perform throughout your work day is worth it!

Chevy Traverse 2019, "shift to park" issue

I had an issue with "shift to park" error in the dash and difficulty to engine off. I felt a safety issue with this problem and went to Chevy dealer shop (service dept.). However, they could not simulate or detect the issue and could not solve my problem (only paid $165). I found that this issue is common (see the below comments and similar cases). Also I found that GM issued the service bulletin regarding this problem (Bulletin No.: 19-NA-206, Date: September, 2019). The dealer shop (service dept.) should know this bulletin regarding this problem. I have this bulletin and can share if you want it. Overall, the person who helped me on this problem did not handle with a right manner and kept saying that they did not find any issue. I understand that they could not simulate the issue but they should know better regarding this kind of problem after GM issued the bulletin. I'm not going to use chevy dealer shop (service dept.) anymore since I could not trust or did not have a confidence on them. Multiple Chevrolet vehicles are having the "Shift to Park" error pop up on their dash when they park their car and try to shut it off. Some won't let you shut it off, others just beep incessantly and won't let you lock the car.

Best customer service!

Excellent customer service! From the first email to the last handshake before handing over the keys to our new suburban everyone was friendly, helpful and communicative. We are not local to Kendall Chevrolet but Mason was able to help via phone calls and texts and was very responsive and helpful. Once we made it to the dealership Rod helped us finalize the sale, which was a piece of cake. Thank you all for making this car buying experience seamless and efficient!!

Performed work to find the soarce of a noise from my truck in rear suspension. Left truck for 5 days and they could not conclude where the noise was coming from even though they can hear it.

Salesman are good financial is horrible

Salesman will go out of there way to help you through the whole deal but the financial department is a joke. You get lied to you get hung up on and they talk bad about you to your financial institute you end up going through. Very unprofessional and worst person I have ever delt with was Forrest at Kendall Eugene.
