I inquired about a new Titan XD and Russell Taylor immediately sent the info for each one on the lot. He put me in contact with Lonnie V who was very busy but still took the time to be pleasant and professional and very eager to work with me. He was accommodating and helpful throughout. Logan completed the sale and could not have been any nicer and motivated to do a good job. He even ordered some touch-up paint and mailed it to my house because I mentioned I was going to get some. The finance manager was extremely helpful and courteous. The checkout process was fast and pleasant. Everyone at Modern were extremely friendly. A+ score overall. I’m definitely going back for my next Titan XD.

Salesman, Logan, was awesome. Truck of interest was ready for us to look at when we arrived. He kept in contact with us via text since the internet was down at the dealership. We returned the next day to purchase the truck and he was, again, great to work with. Very attentive and respectful of our time. Cannot say the same for the finance manager. Very pushy and not respectful of our financing choices.

Modern Nissan of Hickory exceeded my expectations when it came to buying my first car (2017 Ford EcoBoost Mustang). I contacted Russell Taylor (Internet Manager) who was straight forward with the pricing and process over the phone. Upon agreeing and sending everything on my end, I drove down 2 days later and was greeted by Christine and Ben who walked me through the paperwork and handed me the keys to take a test drive in my new car! Came back, finished up the paper work with Phillip (F & I), had a great conversation with Alex V (knows a lot about Mustangs), and finally drove off in my new car. Big shout outs to Allen Marple who was very essential to making this happen in a short span of 3 days and making sure everything went smoothly as possible including checking on me afterwards. Buy from Modern Nissan of Hickory!
