FANTASTIC customer service! Hyundai of Asheville is the only place I will buy a car! These guys make sure you're taken care of and do whatever the can to make sure you get exactly what you want. Eli is the BEST salesman you could ask for, great guy, great attitude, and really knows his stuff, refuse to buy a car from anyone but him! Big thank you to Marty as well a great manager with the goal of making you happy getting you the car you want. Misleading sales men

Lied to by multiple sales men. Didn't notice body work until I got home. Was told the car was in tip top shape, no accidents. The salesmen lied. Don't go here to get a Hyundai.

Awesome experience with these guys. Bought my mom a brand new Elantra, and we got a great deal on it. Jarren was our salesperson and he went above and beyond for us. He was patient, listened, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him as he has strong work ethics and integrity. When I'm ready to purchase another Hyundai, I will visit Hyundai of Asheville again. Thanks Jarren and the team!

Stay away from Asheville Hyundai ealership

My housband who passed away recently, had leased a car, from this dealership. I had the worst time ever, trying to return the car back, at the worst time of my life. They gave me the run around, for 2 weeks +. If you are from Asheville area, and want a Hyundai, Hendersonville is the place to go. Stay away from the Asheville. dealership.

I purchased a new vehicle in Sept. I drove it home and then noticed body damage. I notified the dealership immediately. They said "no problem, bring it by and we will take care of it". I brought it by......after 2 months of setting appt. and broken promises my car is not repaired. I was informed today by Bill Hill the GSM that he will not repair the car because he got a bad review from the lender from me. Go somewhere else people to buy a car because after the sale you are done in there eyes. In fact, I was told "the bank has funded me so I do not feel obligated". Those are Mr. Hills words!

Ask for the invoice

After days of negotiating, we finally sat at the dealership for the bottom and and to see the invoice. At first they would not show it to us, and made all sorts of excuses about where the invoice was, and that the person with the invoice was busy... Finally when we wouldn't budge on the price, they magically produced an invoice. The invoice they provided us was NOT the official invoice-it was one they generated themselves. When I tried to take it with me, as it was obviously a print out, they would not give it to me. Be wary and do your homework before visiting these guys.

Y'all should know the truth about BBB Accreditation and it's relevant to Hyundai of Asheville. I used to (as in as of learning the truth), check businesses on BBB. This just ended after a long life of respecting them. Hyundai of Asheville is accredited. They pay to be accredited. The scales (to me) appear in BBB's (therefore the business') favor. You decide for yourself. Also, I suggest you research dealerships outside our small, lovely city. One Hyundai dealership may be in competition with the few other brands we have but there's no competition with another Hyundai dealership within convenient miles of your home. I had gone in wanting to ask about some cars and just get idea. They go is with Justin to help us out. He was great and was very easy to carry a conversation with Justin which makes the whole experience at the dealership all the better. Justin was willin to work with me and was able to get me to where I wanted to be for me to be able to go ahead and get a new car. I recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Asheville and I must say that I had the best car buying experience ever. Justin P took the time to find out what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and found me exactly what I was looking for. He also went to great lengths to go over every aspect of the car and answer all of my many questions which I really appreciated since I don't know much about cars. The dealership gave me a fair price for my trade and worked hard to get me a low interest rate. I am thankful for everyone there at Hyundai of Asheville and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. When you get there, ask for Justin P.......he is AWESOME!!!!!

I bought two cars from Justin P last summer. My daughter bought a used Hyundai and I bought a new Veloster. There were several things that impressed me about Justin. He has a very gentle demeanor and a very honest approach to car sales. I felt that my overall interest and what I wanted in a car were listened to and he did everything to match the car to my needs. I was down to two different Velosters at the end and he very accurately directed me to the one that he thought I might be happier with purchasing. I have recommended Justin to friends as someone that I felt could be trusted and that truly cared about the customers. My experience with Justin is not typical, as most salespeople usually attempt to manipulate or control the process of buying a car in such a way that it becomes a disdainful and painful experience.

I went to this dealership with $0 down and a check for up to $25,000. I was told I could be put into a 2013 sonata hybrid and after driving one I decided to move ahead with the deal. When I went to sit down I was then told I needed $1,500 down. I simply said that is not what I was told and wanted only that vehicle. I was then told I could be put into a regular sonata but would have to use their lender. All I expect is a dealership to stand behind their word and this one does not. However Richard is very knowledgeable and tried everything he could to make this deal work. Its a shame they lost a sale over $1,500.00

I purchased a 2009 BMW from Justin and it was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Justin was on his game from the first contact to the delivery of the vehicle. His customer relation skills were top notch. He and the managers stayed until almost 10:30 to finalize the sale. I would highly recommend Justin and the dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
