The service department is wonderful, schedule service appointments, advising on my cars needs, keeping to a schedule and finding service coupons to contain costs Joann Chapulski and Aaron Boule give such personalized care that bringing my car in for service needs has turned from a harrowing experience to something I actually look forward to I have total confidence in the work and advice I get from Lia Nissan to maintain both cars I bring to them

What can I say I only trust Leah Nissan Aaron boule to work on my car ever since I met him he's been the best he's helped me out in ways that no other mechanic has he knows of my money situation and he helps me understand what parts my car needs and tells me how much it is up front in my opinion I will not have my car worked on unless Aaron is there

Final drive replacement

Lia Nissan diagnosed a rear diff whine on my Frontier. Unfortunately it required a final drive replacement. Can’t say enough about the service and parts department at Lia. They all went to bat for me. Aaron Boule my advisor really took care of me. I might add that Christian and Joanne were very accommodating. Scott in Parts was awesome and Master Mechanic Mike Tyler got my Frontier up and running smooth again I would recommend Lia Nissan in Glens Falls

Easiest Car Purchase Ever

I think this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Cyle Harris was awesome to work with and helped us get the deal we were looking for. We were even able to drive the car home the same night. I would highly recommend Cyle. He and the rest of the staff made this a truly wonderful experience.

There was something making a rattling noise underneath my truck, I did not have an appointment and Joanne Chapleski immediately came out to see me. Joanne quickly identified what the noise was and got me right in for repairs.This is nothing new for Joanne, she is always prompt, detailed, honest, courteous, friendly and kind.

Easy process start to fjnish

After a poor experience at my local Nissan dealership, I started looking online. I came across Lia on true car and they had very competitive pricing online. I called and spoke with Sasha who made the entire process quick and painless. After I put a small deposit down to hold the vehicle I was looking at, I drove the 2 hours on a Friday morning. Sasha had everything ready and waiting, and even had the car pulled into the bay since it was raining out. The vehicle was as advertised and in great condition. Once we agreed on a price for the car and my trade, the entire closing process took only a couple hours. Anthony explained all of the options available, including the warranty, and was great to talk with. I would recommend Lia, Sasha and Anthony to anyone looking for a new or used Nissans.

Full Tire Set - Mounted and Balanced

I called Lia Nissan to have a new set of tires ordered and mounted/ balanced on my Infiniti Q60. I was connected with Aaron Boule and was thoroughly satisfied with the level of service. Aaron was helpful, easy to contact, very upfront regarding specifics and recommendations. I was given a phone number that I could call or text at any time with questions or general check-ins regarding my car. Overall, great work and honest people!
