I not only leased one vehicle for myself in October, I went back to the dealership in December to lease another vehicle for my wife. My sales person was Kevin Buragas both times & he and James Turner the GM could not have made the experience any easier. There were no games, I told them what I was looking for & they exceeded my expectations. Got the deal done right away & was out the door the same day in my new vehicle! I can say that I have always had good experiences with the dealerships in the Ramsey Auto Group but the all the people at Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are the best.

So I bought a used car from salesman Erik Valentin, car after a few days started trembling, I called this salesman. Gave me the run around raised voice then hung up multiple times. I came back to see if there was anyway he could help, instead he kept flirting with another employee and ignored me.

I have always liked this place - I bought my first new car there a long time ago. I went back last month and met Marissa who was knowledgeable and great! I bought a car that evening and couldn't be happier. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and the whole buying experience was stress free and fun. Recommended!

Yesterday I had the most pleasurable experience purchasing a vehicle aka "The Monster". My salesman was Roy and I highly recommend him. He was friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the deal. We settled on a price and he gave us top dollar on our trade. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had!!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by amazing staff. Everything they said throughout was true. There were no sales ploys or gimmicks. Everything they said would happen, did, and then some. Henry and Lee were phenomenal!! We will definitely go back there for years to come.

Sales consultant was Osama Harb, looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler, used. To say he was patient and accomodating is an understatement. He went through every hoop, made every attempt possible to make sure i was happy and made the best deal possible. I left the dealership with a gem of a car, and did not feel like i was hit over the head. Much more than i can say about other places.

I feel the need to leave another review here, as the 5 star review I left a few years ago is no longer the case. My prior experience with Rick Schwartz at this dealership had been seamless as Rick is great person to deal with, so knowing that Rick left and went to work in White Plains I should of followed my instinct and gone to White Plains Chrysler. BUT I decided to give it a go at Ramsey, BIG MISTAKE! First of all the bulls*it from the sales manager was so bad that it was insulting to a point ( I purchase/lease vehicles every 2-3 years ) the saleswoman Red was really nice and friendly, but she really had no say on price, after spending 5 hours negotiating we agreed on a lease price on a Ram 1500, we shook hands, signed papers, was told to get all stuff out my old truck, truck was washed, gassed up and keys were handed to me to setup, THEN the sales manager comes to me with a story that "the bank they were trying to use denied me, BUT Chrysler Capital approved me, but that would add 50 dollars a month to my payment"( this is on a lease not a finance ) of course i handed the keys back and walked out. I then went to where I should of gone in the first place, I went to Rick at White Plains Dodge and got a awesome deal on my new truck. Don't waste your time at this place.

They overcharge you, make refunds difficult and delay your plates.

I was overcharged for several items. First, they overcharged me for title/registration and would not refund the full amount. (Thanks to Master Card for ruling in my favor for the remainder.) They said they will dispute that with MC but the decision is final. Second, they overcharged me for sales tax and said I need to provide proof. Really? They have the contract, what I paid and the receipt for what they paid (on my behalf to the state). Why make this more difficult for a customer that bought a new truck? Third, they charged me for window etching that they never performed. When I explained this they insisted it was done and it was not until I went to another dealer to have it verified that they agreed to refund my money. Initially, the excuse was that it was very faint and I couldn't see it. Additionally, they charged me $299 for a Documentary Fee which was just like throwing cash out the window because they took so long that I was left unable to drive my vehicle for a week. Even though they assured me that the documents would arrive in time (we discussed this because I live in another state) and I called numerous times to check on the status, it took them four weeks to get me docs. (I probably could have gotten them in an hour at my local agency.) On the 9th day after I provided my insurance information, they said they wanted the paperwork in my name (I have a joint policy with my wife) and within a few short hours they received the revised information. Yet, their management keeps insisting it was delayed due to insurance information. The only delay was a few hours of the four weeks it took them. They took approximately three weeks, 6 days and 20 hours to process the docs and somehow my approx. 4 hour delay was the reason my vehicle was unusable for seven days. Management insists they did nothing wrong and "we don't return doc fees" (apparently even when they fail miserably at reviewing and filing your paperwork within a week, knowing that you have a 20 day out-of-state temp tag that cannot be renewed). Lastly, power point and cruise control were not working. A second Ram Dealer said a fuse was loose and another was missing. Buy from somewhere else. The 10 minute drive will save you so much aggravation and money!

I purchased a Ram 1500, Laramie, Longhorn on February 20, 2015 which was not a pleasant experience. I had already been on their web site, picked out a vehicle and had printed out their $500 on line certificate which was suppose to be credited to me upon presentation. I also had been on the Edmunds.com web site and received their guaranteed price certificate to present to the Ramsey dealership. I sat down with the sales person Mr. M and he presented a price which matched the Edmunds price and also another discount for repairs I had on my exist.ing Ram 1500 which they had done. All good right, wrong. The financing was a nightmare. When I went to place my full down payment and complete the financing. Mr J. said the financing would be 3.44 %, I reminded him their web site advertised 1.9%,and 2.44% we went round and round. Then I told him I never received the $500 voucher credit, he said he would check with his sales person. The web site sales person refused to give me the credit stating I had already received discounts as stated on the voucher. This was true ........however everyone receives the discounts............... the voucher is worthless. I spent over 3 hours in this office and did not get the voucher but only after I told Mr. J I did not want the truck did he find me a 2.44 % rate. Bottom line the dealership used FALSE advertising on the finance rates and also on telling me I had a $500 certificate. It' the old come con's of vehicle buying and this was not a good experience. Highly recommend Ramsey Jeep Chrysler won't shop anywhere else. We just leased a new 2014 Jeep Compass from this dealership. It is our fourth lease through them and they are fabulous to deal with. They are professional and go above and beyond to make sure that you are fully satisfied. Trevor Brennan was our salesman and he was top notch from beginning to end. He didn't rush us and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. Jesse Giordano, the Business Manager, was equally as helpful. If you are looking for a great place to shop for a new SUV or car look no further this is your place! I look forward working with them again when this lease near end.

Just picked up my Charger R/T on 8/15/14 from Ramsey Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep and believe it or not it was a great experience! My salesman, Ryan T, made the entire process a pleasure. I was especially impressed the day I picked up my car, because Ryan had all of the insurance, trade in, and registration matters completely taken care of before I even showed up at the dealership! He went above and beyond any other car salesman I've ever dealt with. Another employee who made buying a car here a pleasure was Jay Y in Finance. I really appreciated Jay's approach in discussing the many warranty and payment options. He was informative, but not pushy, and exuded a calm and relaxed atmosphere. This is definitely the go to dealership for Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram vehicles in North Jersey!!

After visiting a few dealers in NJ I decided to give Ramsey a shot since they had what I was looking for. Good thing I did. Ran into Greg Wilson there. Straight up guy with no BS and a great attitude. Walked out 3 days later with a brand new truck. For any person looking to sell a car go see Greg ASAP.

I normally hate buying a new vehicle because I dread dealing with pushy salespeople and my experience has always been the same up until now. This time around was completely different. I first went into Ramsey without my husband just to look around. I met with James T. and instantly felt at ease. No pushy sales antics, just a real genuine experience with a real genuine guy. I was so impressed with how he didnt pressure me into anything that I brought my husband back to Ramsey two days later to meet Mr. T. and in less than 3 hours, we traded in one vehicle and left with two new vehicles. Mr. T. went above and beyond to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot). I cannot say enough about what a refreshing experience I had at Ramsey. Also a big thanks to Jesse in finance for taking care of all of our needs so quickly. I never thought we would be leaving the lot with two new cars that evening. You two truly surprised us with your friendliness and efficiency. If you are looking to deal with real people, I would highly recommend Ramsey. Thanks guys for everything!

My new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a wonderful vehicle to drive. The car was delivered in fine condition. The sales staff, especially Rick S. was friendly, curteous, and helped in every way possible to get me into the Jeep I wanted. This is is my 7th Jeep and by far the quiestest, smoothest driving one yet. I highly recommend this dealership to all perspective Jeep buyers.

This was the easiest and most satisfying buying experience I have ever had buying a car!! I highly recommend Ramsey Jeep. I had originally stopped in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and was helped by Vick who was very polite and spent as much time as I needed with me. I later sent in a request through the internet and James Turner, the internet manager contacted me. He answered all of my many answers and when it came to buying the car, it was a very comfortable experience with low pressure! Even when I talked to the Finance Manager, he was very friendly and clear with my purchase options. I was in and out in no time and James was very thorough explaining everything in the Jeep. Very satisfied with this dealership!
