The service department has never let me down is over 20 years and I am a former service manager! I sit in the waiting room and hear how the advisors explain the repair needs to the customers as well as myself and am impressed.

Solved a tricky problem - good job!

We did not buy our Subaru Forester at Subaru World of Newton, but they are now the closest dealer to us, so that's where we took it with a problem. The passenger's air bag light always said "Off" even when someone was sitting in that seat. We were concerned that the air bag was not working properly, so off to the dealership we went. They provided a courtesy car for the duration of the time they spent working on our car, which ended up being almost four weeks! They even got some Subaru engineers involved in looking for the solution to this issue. They did get it fixed and explained to us what had to be replaced. Happily, they also honored the extended warranty we got from Subaru when we bought this vehicle, so all we were out of pocket was the small deductible. The staff at Subaru World were friendly and professional throughout this process and were a pleasure to deal with. We will be back when/if our Forester needs their attention.

Very Highly Recommended

This is a very reputable dealership. I very highly recommend them. I have used their service department and parts department. Everyone is very helpful, and courteous. Our sales representative Kyle Hunziger went above and beyond for us, and took care of a couple of very minor issues with the car without us even asking. We cannot say enough good things about this entire dealership and will absolutely use them again.

I took delivery yesterday of my 6th Subaru since 2015, a '24 Ascent Limited, from Subaru World of Newton NJ and my 5th from my sales rep, Dave Wilt. The dealership always does a great job with honest product knowledge and fair pricing. I especially wanted to give credit to Dave Wilt for always making this a great customer experience for me! I stopped by to ask about an issue on my new Forester. They brought it in without an appointment and found that I had mounted my ez pass in the wrong place. They resolved the problem. The ez pass was interfering with the eye/sight system.

Pleasant not pushy

Had a great experience at Subaru World of Newton. Our sales rep Nick was very patient. Showed me cars I wanted to see. Didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't interested in. Overall a pleasant experience from beginning to end when we worked with Orlando to sign the lease papers for our new Outback. I would highly recommend them!
