Seacoast Mazda Is Incredible

I seriously dreaded going to yet another dealership to buy a car. When I went into Seacoast Mazda I had the best car-buying experience ever! Ryan, Rob, Christian and Robert are the greatest! I truly felt I was among family. They were beyond professional and I had the car I wanted in no time without any haggling or pressure. I highly recommend Seacoast Mazda to everyone. I went into Seacoast Mazda because i had heard their ads on the radio saying that they are the "yes men". it was totally true. even with my less than perfect credit, they got me into a very nice 2010 dodge, they also gave me a very good price on my trade in. my salesman Quentin was awesome, very helpful, and really personable. he didn't try to jerk me around, and was very honest the whole time. i would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check out Seacoast Mazda.

Great Dealership

They all were very helpful as to getting me into a used vecihle that was a very good shape at a price that was reasonable. Robert work hard to find a loan for me with my bad credit. They were very helpful with going over everything about the car and their dealership. Will was helpful right from the start as to meeting with me and listen to my requirements and needs. I would go right back to there for another car.

It's All About Customer Service

The entire process, from the initial phone calls to the in-person visit, has been great customer service. When I was first contacted by phone, Quentin was helpful in answering questions and getting me started on the process. When I came in to look at and test drive vehicles, Bob, Jaclyn, and Quentin were all friendly, and not "salesy" at all. They were attentive, helpful, and have helped me make the best decision. I appreciate honesty and integrity in a business dealing, and I certainly got it today. I'll be telling all my friends about my great experience at Seacoast Mazda.

A Great Experience, A Great Car

The tiltle says it all. After a lot of research, my wife and I picked a new 2014 CX-5 Touring. After checking edmunds and local dealer inventory, we found the exact car we wanted at Seacoast. We went to the dealership with the stock number in hand, and found the exact vehicle sitting on the lot. The dealership is not huge, yet they have an excellent selection. We were greeted by Cameron, who was very professional and answered all our questions. He was very open and honest about everything, and there were no surprises. We got personal and caring attention during the whole process. They did not try and sell us anything we did not need, and there was no typical high pressure car salesman antics during our time there. Rob the sales manager was excellent to deal with, and you could tell he was trying to make car buying a hassle free experience. Very pleasant, professional service. Car was cleaned, inspected, and gassed up while we waited. Overall we are thrilled with our purchase, and highly recommend this dealership to those people who don't want the games and pressures you find at huge dealerships.

Very Old School Approach

I am not even sure where to start because it was such a bizarre experience. I can say that my husband & I walked away with the feeling that there is likely a problem at the ownership and management level with this dealership as the salesperson was very nice and seemed embarrassed by the tactics reminiscent of 30 years ago. I think for me the most troubling aspect is that the owners are using vehicles for their own personal use- putting thousands of miles on the vehicles and then selling them to unsuspecting people as "new". It's important for the general public to know that once a vehicle has 1,000 miles on it and you buy it, for insurance purposes, you haven't bought a "new" vehicle and if that vehicle gets totaled, you won't qualify for those "replacement" benefits that you hear about in the insurance commercials. We're still considering Mazda, just not from them.

My Experience at Seacoast Mazda

How do I describe the experience we have received both times we have gone to Seacoast Mazda? First and foremost, Robert he is an amazing person. He helped us the first time we went for my car and then this time we needed a car for my husband. We worked w/ Will as well this time around. Rob made it possible both times to allow us to get great cars. He knew what we needed and what we could afford and he went from there. Will, he helped us as well from the test drive, to the insurance and helping in between. We have a daughter Emily who will be getting her license soon. She will also need a car, and I will be bringing Emily to see Will and Rob at Seacoast Mazda again!!! I would highly recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone looking for a car!!

I Can't Thank Seacoast Mazda enough for their implacable and friendly service. Everyone was wonderful. I never thought I would walk away with a new vehicle. I cant thank Rob B. and Roger T. enough. You worked hard to get me into a vehicle. I absolutely love my Ford Escape Hybrid. Not only did I get a vehicle, but I got a vehicle that I have always wanted. It was a complete surprise. I recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. They are the best. They work hard and they are very honest with you. You are treated with respect and with the utmost care. Thank you again for EVERYTHING!!!!

Excellent overall experience

My experience at Seacoast Mazda was terrific. Bob and Quentin were extremely professional and had the best interest of meeting my objectives in purchasing a new vehicle. I found Quentin to be both personable and knowledgable without being the least bit pushy, and asking all the right questions to determine how to best accomodate what I was looking for. All of the sales folks were busy when I arrived but it was not at all beyond Bob B. the General Sales Manager to step in and be helpful and do the test drive with me until one of his folks was available. They worked well as a team. I found their approach to be upfront, direct, fair, and we made a deal we were all comfortable with - skin in the game for all of us. As for the vehicle I am really enjoying my new CX-5, my first Mazda - it is fuel efficient and has a great drive!

Amazing Experience

I went into Seacoast Mazda without any expectations of buying a new car. I was greeted by Dennis and soon filled out a credit application. Within hours I received a call that I had been approved for a new 2013 Mazda 6. I went in and met with Ryan and then Rob who is the finance manager to complete all the paper work. Dennis, Rob, Ryan and Kevin who I met with earlier were great! They made my experience easy and even fun! I will always be a customer of Seacoast Mazda!! Holly F.

Buying a car does NOT have to be a painful experience! Seacoast Mazda was a pleasure to do business with: no games, no hidden agendas, no "tricks" or "gimmicks"! I had the pleasure of working with Rob, and can recommend him with no reservations. A very "laid back" experience, without the old typical high pressure tactics ("let me ask the manger", etc.).... The "price is the price" right out of the gates, no "haggling" required. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and courteous. They even make a point of introducing you to the service manager and setting up your first oil change after taking delivery... a nice touch! This is the 3rd Mazda3 I have bought, but the first one from this dealer (previously lived elsewhere), and this was the best experience I have had in purchasing, by a long shot. I will be honest, I was a bit hesitant about this dealership based upon it's exterior appearance when I first saw it.... Don't let the looks deceive you! Once you talk to the people there, it will become clear that this dealership is different: rather than putting their money into a high-rent location, marble floors, etc., they put their money into the customer and customer service! Their service rates are some of the best around, and their prices on the cars themselves are as good as anyone else's. Sure, you could scour the internet and maybe save yourself a couple hundred bucks at some dealer miles away, but you wouldn't get treated as well as Seacoast will! I also feel extremely confidant that they will continue to treat me as a valued customer in the future, as opposed to a lot of others who basically forget who you are the second they hand you the keys.... In summary, you won't be disappointed buying at Seacoast Mazda!

I bought Toyota Matrix recently in Seacoast Mazda! My husband and I have great experience! They are so fun to work with and make purchase go smoothly and they resolve my financing really simple since I was in negative equity for trading in my other car!!!! They didn't pushed us they just simply suggested the best ways and cars. I was so happy! I highly recommend them!!!

Went there several years ago to buy a Mazda 3. Was looking for a certain price for the car, based on this site's info, and they just wouldn't budge below a certain figure, which I thought was still too high. The car I was looking at had been on their lot so long it had rust on the brake discs, and the battery was dead, so I thought perhaps they might be willing to cut a deal. Not so After my test drive, and waiting to begin negotiations, they had the car parked right outside the window, where I could look at it. Then they pulled the old game of, suddenly, despite that car sitting there for so long, they got a phone call from someone interested in that exact same car. What a coincidence!!! Initially, my heart lept, but once I recognized this game, it had me more convinced to stick to my guns and hold out for my price. They passed me on from the salesman to I guess his boss, and finally a guy who said he was the owner. He kept asking me why I thought I should get this price for the car, and when I kept mentioning how it had been on his lot for a long time, I felt it was a fair price, etc, he finally got extremely irate, said he didn't care how long a car sat on his lot, etc, etc. I finally said, well, I guess we won't have a deal then, thanked the salesman for his time, and walked out, fully expecting them to stop me before I got to my car. But they didn't. later that night at another dealer, I ended up buying this very same car, for just about the same price as they were holding at, so I guess they got the last laugh. Either I was too optimistic in what I thought should be a fair price for this car, or I was just tired, and sick of the wheeling and dealing and just didn't bargain as hard as I should have, I don't know. And while it was their car I ended up getting from the other dealer, I'm just glad it wasn't them I gave my money to. Even if I didn't get the price I wanted, the experience at the other dealership was just far more pleasurable and professional.

Excellent Experience

I went to Seacoast Mazda on 3/17 to look for a new Mazda 3, I met with the General Sales Manager (Dennis) who greeted me warmly and friendly and asked how he could help, I talked with him breifly and we discussed what car I wanted, and after sometime of looking at the different models he wanted me to drive the car, I could not at the time, I need to have my wife there, the car is for her. Although we did not buy yet, I can assure you or anyone else that I have never met a more understanding individual in the car business, He was attentive as well as very busy, he took the time to listen to what I was saying, gave me some suggestions, and assured me that a great would be waiting for him when I returned. I must say that I visited several dealerships and I was never so happy when I left as I was when I left Seacoast Mazda. I am sure I will be doing business with Dennis and Seacoast Mazda

Bought an 2010 Rx8 there, they were extremely nice and held it off the market while all my finances were fixed which was extremely nice. Management, sales and services are the best around. They wont knickle and dime you like the rest of the dealerships... Bought an Rx8, Mazdaspeed 6, mazda 3, mazda 6, Cx7 and a Mazdaspeed 3 through them due to their excellent sales team!! They answer all your questions honestly and they honor all their promises... Definitely will buy another car through them again.... Highly recommend them!!!

Bad Experience - Shop Elsewhere

Seacoast Mazda offers a truly horrible experience when buying a Car. They bully you during a sale, make promises that they do not keep, after the sale they don't give two (you know what's) about you. They do not communicate with each other when brining in a Car for service so if you show up no one knows why you are there, they do not finish service jobs in times quoted. Overall, I would stay far away from this Hack Dealership if you are looking to buy a car. Oh and did I mention that they do things OLD School? They do not list prices on their vehicles and they make sure they go with you on a Test Drive.
