Wonderful Service Center

First, this is the most amazing physical car dealer/service center building I have ever been in. It's big, contemporary, quiet (no annoying music playing), has different areas with different seating to select from, including a "quiet room" where you can work if you are on site for awhile waiting for your vehicle. Every contact I have had in the several times I have been there from service advisors to sales to office staff to mechanics has been pleasant, professional, very high caliber. Just an overall well-run, high end space with excellent people. There is also significant use of technology to keep you updated on the progress of service work, fast and secure wi-fi, beverages. My sense is that whomever is managing this business has a keen sense of modern, current, customer service and has created a really solid culture there. My only negative which has nothing to do with the business is that Fiat is no longer selling their 500X in the United States (but I am happy this service center can maintain my Fiat).

I got an outstanding deal on a 2020 Lexus GS 350 with low miles and still under the Lexus warranty. My salesman, James Galvez, responded to my inquiry immediately. He emailed me a presentation package with all the information about the car, and he made a personalized video to give me an online tour of the car. Negotiations were professional and cordial. No high pressure tactics. James kept in contact with me throughout the buying process. I got a fair price for my trade-in. Contemporary Motors also provides its own warranty and a free oil change. If you see a vehicle at that interests you, it will be worth a drive up to scenic New Hampshire to check it out.

I brought my car in due to a dashboard indicator alert regarding my suspension system. When dropping the vehicle off, Joe, my Service Advisor, shared that my car had a couple of recalls that were outstanding as well. Joe called me to let me know the outcome of the diagnostics, and shared they had updated the software due to the recall. I picked my car up on my way home from work and was along my way in minutes. All in all, a great experience!
