We arrived yesterday at Noyes. We dreaded going as we have had such stressful experience's previously at other dealerships! When we drove in ,we expected the sales people to come running out hungry to to sell. That was not the case at all! I went into the dealership and saw this really nice man (Mike Downes ) who said can I help you? I told him we were interested in the Audi TT. He said ok I will come right out. He was soooo nice and went over all of the details on the car! He asked us if we wanted to test drive it and we did. Simply awesome! We talked trade and told him what we needed to get for our car and where we wanted our payments to be. He made it happen! No hassle and NO STRESS !!!! First time ever! We then met with Adam Chiasson who did all of the paper work ! He explained everything to the (T) Again stress free. He even researched extended warranty and found the one that would fit our needs and budget! All and all my husband and I left there with our new car, a full gas tank, car wash and inspection sticker! And most of all VERY HAPPY!!! I cannot say enough about this dealership!!! 6 STAR rating from us!

We were looking for a used car. Our experience at Noyes was unusual because of some unique issues re financing. Our problem completely. The folks at Noyes went way out of their way to find a solution. They showed both concern and understanding. Great job! And thanks.

Never Again

I will never again buy a car from Noyes Volkswagen. If my son did not want the car that they had I would have walked out of dealership first day I looked at car. First time ever of buying a used car even from dealer they would not work with me on price. I asked if car came with 6 month subscription of Sirius satellite radio as stated on window sticker and was told if it is on the window sticker than yes. When I picked up car not only was Sirius not connected when I activated it it was only for a 3 month subscription.When I went to dealer they would not honor what was clearly printed on window sticker. Also when picking up car they told me car would not pass inspection due to them doing warranty work on vehicle and they had to reset computer, this normally would not be a big deal but as I stated to them numerous times this was a gift for my son that was currently in Florida and I should not have to put over a hundred miles on a gift for my son and put miles against a small warranty. Then when picking up car even though paper work was not finalized until day of pick up ( though I paid for it in full five days before picking up) twenty day plate was five days old!!! I also know this last complaint is small but when you buy a car from a dealer the clock in car should be set to correct time, it was not it was over an hour off. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car!!! They seemed like they could care less about my satisfaction. I will say I have had no problems with their parts and service departments.

First car buying experience

I purchased my first car as a soon to be college graduate from Noyes. What a great experience! Leo, the salesman who I worked with, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured at any point during the process. The rest of the staff is wonderfully helpful as well. And I sure love my Jetta! Would highly recommend.

In August of this year I had the opportunity to purchase a 2013 Passat from Noyes Volkswagon. I would rate this the best and easiest purchase that I have ever made with a car dealership. I called to inquire about the inventory that they had available in the price range that I wanted to spend. All of the upfront work was done over the phone. When my husband and I actually went to the dealership the car was ready for a test drive. The car was everything that we had wanted and more. The staff was excellent and the purchase went through without any hitches. I would not only recommend the car.............I would recommend the personnel.
