AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas for me has the best customer service in town. Some car dealers insist on what they need to push, not what the customer's needs and wants. Some even judge you on your looks and tailor-fit the kind of service they provide, but not in AutoNation (VW). Shout out to Sales Consultant Abbas Abhari who provided me with genuine and personal customer service. Provided help every step of the way. Not just showing me the lowest-priced base model to the highest trim, as well as the best deals they have and all possible sale options. They have the best trade-in value for your old car as well. 2024 VW Taos AWD

This is our second VW and my wife and I are very impressed with this car so far. We replaced our Tiguan with this Taos and its faster, fun to drive, handles beautifully and looks great! Dashboard and stereo preform excellent as well. Many compliments on the styling of the car which is in a striking cornflower blue.

Amazing Service!

Had a couple of recall notices on my VW Beetle and made appt with Auto Nation. Totally impressed! Took care of the issues while I waited in their comfortable seating area. Went above and beyond!!! Cleaned my air filter, courtesy car wash and whisked me out the door with a thanks and a smile. Tech Connor was the BEST!

Tire rotation, Oil Change and Car Wash

I only went because I was offered the service for $59.99 and at the end I was charged $176.99. I wasn’t expecting that amount of money. Plus, the car wash was only in the outside and not the inside. For that amount of money I would’ve expected more.

Took my 2019 jetta in for a recall repair. They were very quick getting it done, washed my car and Kimberly was super nice, professional, and very pleasant to talk with. If this is how they handle customers for service, I bet they are awesome with the sales part too.

Worst Service EVER

Terrible customer service. Failed to provide timely updates. was told by Midas that my Atlas had a cracked bushing, AutoNation said that the bushing was fine. Went back to Midas, they put it up on the rack and showed me the cracked bushing (I took a phot to show Autonation. Then they said it was Not covered by warranty? Took it to Centennial Volkswagen and they said that "YES" it was covered by warranty. Alex has a LOT to learn about customer service !!!

1 hour tire rotation turned into a 6 hour day. Never offered an explanation or a rental car. Found out 3 hours later than I needed new tires. Never offered a tire selection.

My sales experience was A++ from beginning to end

Marko went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. What I liked, the most was that he came across very authentic and genuine. His tone and demeanor were friendly and professional. The used car that we came in for didn’t pass their thorough inspection so Marko gave us plenty of options that were even better than the car we initially wanted. You can be assured that the cars they sell are very thoroughly vetted. Marko was very upfront with the maintenance records and the Carfax report. We felt very good about the purchase we made. The toughest decision was whether or not to purchase the expensive protection plan. It added an additional $3000 to the price of the car. I felt that without it I would be on my own for any future repairs within the next three years. But with it, I had the confidence in knowing that the car would be taken care of in case of any mechanical failure. So all in all, we are very pleased with our transaction and the follow up and service after the transaction continues to be phenomenal.

Great service! My advisor was Connor and Connor has been attentive and very detailed when handling my car. Any issues I’ve experienced has been accommodated and resolved. The store manager Michael assisted me and introduced himself during my last visit which was very welcoming. When having issues with one of the services, he was very thorough in his explanation and assisted me till I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this location for any services or future purchases.

Extremely Pleased with my Service

Having relocated from Texas where I always had good service visits I was skeptical at first. In the beginning, I had good service experiences and then bad service experiences but, since I got Jeffrey Lopez as my service advisor everything is very good, I feel I can trust him, he is easy to communicate with, he returns phone calls and has once again made me feel good with the service I receive.
