As a single female in my 30's, walking into a dealership to purchase a brand new vehicle alone can be an intimidating mile stone. At Lou Fusz Subaru - St. Peters, my sales person, Dave, treated me as a serious buyer from the start. He took time to get to know what is important to me in a new vehicle, and listened to my requests. I felt I was respected and in good professional care through each step of the buying process.

Steve was knowledgeable about the Subaru offerings in the dealership. When we said we were interested in a used Subaru he did not try to steer us to a new vehicle or sell us something we did not want.

We were not pressured or rushed into any decisions. In fact we test drive in May but didn't buy until August. We got a few email follow ups --enough that we knew he had paid attention to our wants, but not so many as to feel pressured or overwhelmed.

Steve Miller worked so hard to meet us within our budget and find us the exact car that we needed. He was so kind throughout the entire process and if he didn't know something, he sought out the answer right away. He was so helpful and courteous. Ryan Powers worked with us in finance and was able to get me on my own loan, even though I am a recent grad with no prior income. He was so courteous throughout the entire process and explained every part of the process thoroughly.

Dave didn't make me feel pressured to buy or that he was trying to get a sale. He was kind, informative, and I enjoyed working with him! He made it very well known that he was here to help and answer questions, but was not overly pushy. I was very happy with the sale and am more than pleased with the car!!

Having had 3 Subaru's in the past, all purchased with the help of Rich Stull, I eagerly awaited the 2017 Impreza. I looked at them for a couple of months before I decided on the Impreza Premium 5door . Throughout my multiple visits to the dealership, Rich was was always friendly and more than willing to answer my many questions. Never before have I actually considered my car salesman to be "my friend". I have already referred my niece to Rich, describing him in my text to her as "honest, fair, friendly and obviously very patient". Rich Stull was awesome from beginning to end. I was on a time restraint and he made sure to be sensitive to that and ensure I still had a high quality experience. The dealership is pretty far from where I live, and I still would have no issue driving there for future car purchases with Rich.
