New Rogue

onI went in to Napleton just to test drive a Murano and Javuan Banks was quick to help me. I had done quite a bit of research and felt it was the car I wanted, but it had to have a sun/moon roof. The only car they had with the moonroof was a Rogue. Javuan had me drive both and I realized the Rogue was perfect, with all the other amenities I dreamed of, too! Javuan listened to what I was looking for, found the best car for me, and was able to point out all the other various mechanical magic my new car has. He was very informed, and patient with my decision making. He made what could have been stressful, a very easy and pleasant process. He had me approved very quickly and I went in the finance line for my turn. It took a while for my turn, but that’s because they sold several cars that day. Javuan made sure I was aware that they were working as quickly as possible, and made sure I didn’t need anything as well as update me on my position in line. The lounge was very comfortable with a large television, refreshments, and comfortable lounge chairs, so I didn’t mind the little time I had to wait. Mark handled my financial application and was very organized and pleasant. Once I was in his office the process moved quickly. He helped me choose any additional coverage I needed, and I was happy to invest in oil change coverage and an extended warranty, as well as gap insurance. The fact that they would back their inventory gives me extra confidence in my purchase. I’m very pleased with my new car, and my teenagers are begging to drive it. Mmmm no darlings. This is momma’s car!!

Great Sales/ Finance way to slow

onWe had a great young man that helped us find our car. Then unfortunately we had to wait over an hour and a half before getting into the finance guy to sign. If you’re not in a rush, probably not a big deal, but we were and it was.

What a great experience!!!

onThese guys were so helpful, fair negotiation, nice and personable did I mention the excellent hot chocolate?! Yum. In a time when a lot has changed due to shortages and internalbusiness agreements due to covid, these guys were fantastic. Definitely go see them when you need a car or want to trade/or sell!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

onBUYER BEWARE!!!! I have never had such poor service after purchasing a car. Last year I purchased a car for my teenage son from a different dealer and had a great experience. So I was completely caught off guard by the level of poor customer service and lack of professionalism at this dealership. After I purchased my car the battery was completely dead. I had no issue just fix it right?! I was told twice that the work was done so come get your car. Showed up...not done, REALLY?! Days later “Oh by the way, we never did an inspection on the car. Can you bring it back?” Really?!!! When I call no one returns my calls. The General Manager finally called me to express his sincere apologies for all the issues. In fact he said “You have my cell phone number. Call me when you have ANY issue”. Well guess what? It’s been 3 weeks since I purchased my car and I have yet to get my second set of keys or the paperwork to get my license plates. In one week the temporary license plate will expire and I won’t be able to drive the car. So I called up the General Manager on his cell phone. I left several messages.....crickets. FYI, when you purchase a car from Napleton your forced to buy the “Napleton Care Package”. This is a 2 year service contract. I just bought a 2 YEAR HEADACHE! And it wasn’t cheap! So please go somewhere else....Anywhere else.... you’ve been warned. Take care.

onThe staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dread going to car dealerships usually but the managers made it a fast easy going experience and we love our car. I would highly recommend Napleton Nissan if you are looking for a vehicle. Just make sure to work with managers like I did. They were awesome

Napleton Experience Package

onThe salesman and staff were very friendly. But the price you see on their website Doesn't include the "Napleton Experience Package". $1,395 is added to the price, + the normal $199 Admin. fee. Beware of the prices you see on the website. That's what got me out to their dealership. They gave me an offer, which I concluded was not a good deal for me. So I left. Don't be afraid to walk out!
