Excellent Deal and Easy Transaction

We purchased a Continental over the internet because they had one with the right color combinations and options. Deal was completely over the phone and internet. Drove 4.5 hours to pick up vehicle. Paperwork was ready to sign upon my acceptance of the vehicle. Very pleased with purchase and would absolutely do another deal with them. Ask for Ryan!

Salesman Unprofessional

Salesmen was full of lies. The sales mngr gave me a price on trade. Then the salesmen tried to drop the price $3500 the next day. I was unprepared when I went to the dealership & they knew it right away. The salesmen called me an hour after I left the lot and told me they located the truck and had it on the lot. I turn around and drive 30 miles back to the dealership and what do you know? The truck is NOT there. Very very unethical experience and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Now with 2 weeks of studying at Edmunds and sites alike Im FULLY ARMED to get the best price. I will Beat The Car Salesmen! Thanks Edmunds.

Purchased a new 2010 Ford F150 Pickup Truck

I dealt with Butch Outsalet in Wiggins and found a good deal on a new truck with the rebates that Ford Motor Co. currently offers. I received a decent trade amount for the truck that I traded in for the new one. The sales staff did a good job.
