Rick in Service greeted me upon arrival. I told him that I was there for a recall notice and oil change. He was very courteous, told me to have a seat in the waiting area and they would get right on it! My vehicle was brought in and both items that I was there for were taken care of in a very timely manner and I was on my way back home in just a short time.

Excellent Deal and Easy Transaction

We purchased a Continental over the internet because they had one with the right color combinations and options. Deal was completely over the phone and internet. Drove 4.5 hours to pick up vehicle. Paperwork was ready to sign upon my acceptance of the vehicle. Very pleased with purchase and would absolutely do another deal with them. Ask for Ryan!

We purchased our truck New in 2017 from Butch Oustalet, it has gone back to them for any service needed. Rick Stennis is my guy. He is always so nice and listens to me when I tell him a concern. Being the trick is an F350 dually and I am the primary driver, they are kind enough to check tire pressure and oil even for me if I feel it needs to be done between service. All the guys have been so kind.

2013 Ford F150 Transmission Recall

I took my 2013 Ford F150 to Oustalet Ford for the transmission recall. It only required 20 minutes to flash the computer. I have had no problems with my F150 transmission before this visit so I was surprised that the transmission actually shifted much better and smoother after the recall. Glad that Ford decided to address this potential problem, improve the transmission, and all at no cost to me. Go Ford!
