The service, attention and respect as a customer was an unbelievably great experience in looking for a used vehicle. I had a price point to maintain and the sales team worked to me keep to that number in looking for a vehicle. The sale person Shannon G. was wonderful, helpful and accommodating from start to finish. I felt no pressure and the purchase was easy peasy. Thank you Shannon! I would not hesitate go back again to Southgate Lincoln when ready for another vehicle.

Had a appointment ar 1:00 and left dealership at 4:20 with new vehicle.. Had one vehicle to choose from, My choice was to extend lease, purchase leased vehicle, order a new vehicle or lease the vehicle in the showroom.. I wasn't ready for an suv but had no choice if I was staying with a Lincoln.

Southgate Lincoln has the best selection and prices.I called and sent my father-in-law to check out the style of car I wanted. We have bought a ton of Ford products over 25 years. We have dealt with countless salespersons over those years. Some, not so great, some have been wonderful. I have to say that this purchase from Southgate Lincoln, with Shannon as our salesperson, was the easiest and most pleasant experience we have had with a new vehicle purchase. She made us feel at ease that we were getting an absolute quality vehicle at a great price. We are totally satisfied with the vehicle as promised. Just as important, we feel we have received excellent customer service and it is very much appreciated. We will be back!

Thom goes above and beyond to provide me with the vehicle of my choice and I would refer him to anyone as he makes the process very easy and seamless. I originally visited your dealership around the beginning of November. I spoke with the woman salesperson with the cubicle on the north side of the building by the windows (can't recall her name.) After spending about 45 minutes looking through inventory and available stock online we were unable to find a vehicle in the area and was told that the vehicles 150+ miles away were "too far for anyone to go get." I was assured I would be contacted within a week with some viable options as I was ready to lease the vehicle immediately. After not hearing from her for over a month, I returned to the dealership on Friday December 18th where I was greeted by John Smith the moment I walked through the door. I let him know the type of vehicle I wanted (MKZ with AWD and a panoramic roof) and we got to work. We found the vehicle at another dealership after a bit of digging, got the paperwork together and I took delivery the following Monday. John was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I have leased new vehicles every 2 years for the past 10 years and John definitely did his job to save my business for your dealership. Also, when the vehicle was delivered from the other dealership, it was having battery issues from sitting on the lot without any battery maintenance. John made sure a new battery was installed. Small things like this go a long way to build trust with your customer base.

Mr. Smith was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I appreciated his concern in making sure I knew how to use all the special features in my vehicle. I purchased my car with park assist. I will be returning some day to have him show me that feature. I have been to busy to go through it at the present time. He has the open line of communication with my husband and I in making sure if we need help with the car....he can assist.
