2017 Escape

The service, attention and respect as a customer was an unbelievably great experience in looking for a used vehicle. I had a price point to maintain and the sales team worked to me keep to that number in looking for a vehicle. The sale person Shannon G. was wonderful, helpful and accommodating from start to finish. I felt no pressure and the purchase was easy peasy. Thank you Shannon! I would not hesitate go back again to Southgate Lincoln when ready for another vehicle.

Had a appointment ar 1:00 and left dealership at 4:20 with new vehicle.. Had one vehicle to choose from, My choice was to extend lease, purchase leased vehicle, order a new vehicle or lease the vehicle in the showroom.. I wasn't ready for an suv but had no choice if I was staying with a Lincoln.

Lincoln southgate

Buying a car here is easy. Getting service after is not. To talk to anyone you must leave a message however nobody ever returns your call. I had to drive down there to find someone to set up appointment. Yet theres no cars there to service because nobody answers the phone. Its like a ghost town they don't want to be bothered with service. And they all refer to the name craig if you have a complaint so nobody gets identified. Nobody has the name craig there. There is only one person doing the write up on a service to your car who handled it nicely .That particular day the cashier never showed up and i had to wait til they found someone to check me out. There seems to be no order in this place. No responsibility. I will be looking to get a new lincoln next year but do not think i want to continue at southgate lincoln.

Service area

I called to make an appointment to bring in my MKX for service. I had received a notice of a recall and the car had some other issues that needed to be addressed. I spoke with Brian and scheduled the appointment. Brian was so helpful and understood that I needed to have a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I am a stay at home mom and always have some sort of errand that needs to be done. I called later in the day to check on my car. I received a call from Brian and he continued to up to date me throughout the day in regards to progress on my car. My car was returned to me the following day and so far all my issues have been fixed! The only delay I had was in cashing out as I purchased some touch up paint for my vehicle. The cashier wasn't to be found. She eventually did return and I was able to go on with my day. I can't say enough good things about Brian in service. He is truly an asset to your customer service area.

My name is Jeremy Adams and I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ hybrid. I live in Indianapolis and I searched my state and surrounding states. Southgate Lincoln has the best selection and prices.I called and sent my father-in-law to check out the style of car I wanted. Couldn't ask for better service.

I was cheerfully greeted upon stopping at the service area and service desk. I had to wait only 20 minutes in the comfortable customer lounge area before the service attendent announced that the oil change has been done and my car was ready for me. My car had been washed and was being dried off as I was walking toward it and preparing to drive off. Great service.

I arrived at 8:05 AM for an oil change and a replacement for my lost car key. Initially I was told that the total time to accomplish this work would be about two hours at a cost for the replacement key of about $245. I decided to wait in the lounge for the mechanic to complete the work. To my surprise, the job was completed in about 1.5 hours , at a cost for the replacement key and programming for $220. Pleasant service experience

I have a 2015 MKZ and brought it in for an oil change. Even though there were 2 cars ahead of me the wait was not too bad. The car was washed and I noticed that the carpets were vacuumed too. Great service!
