Poor Service on Buick Enclave

I am not satisfied with the service provided by Lake Orion Golling Pontiac on my Buick Enclave. They would not take care of a repeated service issue on my vehicle.

Handled all requested fluid flushes and spark plug and wire replacement in a timely fashion. Request new brakes, but were told to hold off for another 10000 miles as they were not needed right now ......... great honesty and integrety!!

Jon kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle repair and arranged for me to be shuttled to pick the car up upon completion. This work was performed under Warranty.

Your service department is the absolute best - professional, courteous, repspectful and very efficient. They are the reason I buy my vehicles from Golling. They usually exceed my expectations on timing and have even washed my car after an oil change. I recommend Golling to everyone I talk to when they describe bad experiences at other dealerships.

Service operations need some update

I brought my 2011 GMC Acadia in for numerous items; Oil Change, low tire pressure and inability to start when cold. I had called earlier in the day and provides a time when I would be in. However, We had to leave the car for over 4 hours. Apparently there is only a limited amount of space for Oil Changes and Tire problems. At Lapeer Merollis I would have been in an out in about an hour for these. The hard starting was diagnosed as a battery problem and the battery was replaced. Golling's needs to establish a new method to expedite individuals that need to get multiple service items done. They are now setup to expedite the Oil Change and tire customers, but if you want to add on some other service you must wait!

I brought 4 tires fromyou because of your service I can count on.the tires at belle tire was 48.00 less, but I can count on service and backup from Golling.I'am 84 years old retired man and money is short,but I only shop at stores that gives good service.
