I wanted a carbon black, black leather, 6 cylinder, AWD Terrain with 18 in wheels. Leigh and her sales manager found the car at another dealer. They did a dealer trade and were able to get the exact car I wanted. I am very happy with it.

Sarah was a great salesperson! She answered my emails super fast and did everything she could to give me the best service. Selling me a GM car was the easy part because I'm GM loyal, but the great service at Golling keeps me coming back there to make my purchases. Handled all requested fluid flushes and spark plug and wire replacement in a timely fashion. Request new brakes, but were told to hold off for another 10000 miles as they were not needed right now ......... great honesty and integrety!!

Chuck Eubanks my salesperson, took the time to explain everything to me including at delivery about the features of the vehicle. Great customer service, an enjoyable purchase experience. Hope he's still at Golling when I am ready for my next vehicle. John Hopper the business manager also was very thorough and made me feel at ease about the finance end of it. My trade in vehicle was not purchased at Golling but I used the service dpt. at Golling. The onstar on that 2004 GMC had to be reconfigured due to anolog going to digital in 2007. The origional selling dealer, Serra Chevy of Southfield could not figure out how to fix it. I brought it to Golling and they only charged me the price for the part to update Onstar. Casandra and the service manager are fantastic. Once again I thank Chuck Eubanks for a very stress free purchase!

My Salesman, Dave Johnson, did an excellent job of getting information to me quickly so I could make the final decision on which vehicle to get. I was glad that he could generate quotes himself. This saved me time because I did not have to wait for him to go to a Sales Manager to get the quotes. This is the best dealership I have visited in recent years.

Your service department is the absolute best - professional, courteous, repspectful and very efficient. They are the reason I buy my vehicles from Golling.
