I wanted a carbon black, black leather, 6 cylinder, AWD Terrain with 18 in wheels. Leigh and her sales manager found the car at another dealer. They did a dealer trade and were able to get the exact car I wanted. I am very happy with it.

I'm very pleased with my sales man, Morris and how pleasant he made my purchase go with my New Gmc, Yukon. This will be my second vehicle with Golling dealership here in Lake Orion. Sarah was a great salesperson! She answered my emails super fast and did everything she could to give me the best service. Selling me a GM car was the easy part because I'm GM loyal, but the great service at Golling keeps me coming back there to make my purchases. I LOVE my Enclave and I look forward to using the Golling for any upcoming service I may need. Keep up the good work!

Chuck Eubanks my salesperson, took the time to explain everything to me including at delivery about the features of the vehicle. Great customer service, an enjoyable purchase experience. Hope he's still at Golling when I am ready for my next vehicle. John Hopper the business manager also was very thorough and made me feel at ease about the finance end of it. My trade in vehicle was not purchased at Golling but I used the service dpt. at Golling. The onstar on that 2004 GMC had to be reconfigured due to anolog going to digital in 2007. The origional selling dealer, Serra Chevy of Southfield could not figure out how to fix it. I brought it to Golling and they only charged me the price for the part to update Onstar. Casandra and the service manager are fantastic. Once again I thank Chuck Eubanks for a very stress free purchase!

My Salesman, Dave Johnson, did an excellent job of getting information to me quickly so I could make the final decision on which vehicle to get. I was glad that he could generate quotes himself. This saved me time because I did not have to wait for him to go to a Sales Manager to get the quotes. This is the best dealership I have visited in recent years.

Chuck Eubanks was a pleasure to work with. Very personable, honest, and not "high pressure sales", which I appreciated. There weren't any games like "let me talk to my manager to see if I can get you a better deal." ( I am sad to say I can not say the same for the other dealership just down the road. ) The playroom for my 4 year old son was a god sent. I spent 6+ hours at the dealership over a 3 day period. My son played contently in the playroom during that time, allowing me to relax and really focus on my vehicle selection. The same could not be said about my eperience with my son at other dealerships I visited that did not have a playroom. My husband and I were in and out of the other dealerships within 15 minutes due to very bored and impatient 4 year old. Thank you for the great car buying experience.

This is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle from any dealership. I looked at many different brands and after talking to my salesperson Dave Crowder I choose to purchase my Terrain. He explained the benefits and features of the model over the competitors as well as informing me about the dealership and the services they provided so I chose Golling and Dave. I walked into the dealership while my car was getting an oil change. I just wanted to start checking out a new vehicle. The salesperson that helped me took plenty of time with me even though I told him I wasn't planning on buying that day. He was not pushing but answered all my questions graciously. I ended up coming back a few weeks to purchase a car from him. Great service!
