Just had my 2013 Ford escape serviced at Stoneham Ford for the traction control and four-wheel-drive lights not working along with several other senses that went off. Could not drive my car while these are on. Brought my car in on Friday 9/15. And dealt with Mike in the service department. He called me a couple of times during the day with updates on my car and it was ready by 5 PM with all components working. Great job as usual. I am so glad I bought my escape at Stoneham Ford and had it serviced there ever since.

Had my driver's side airbag replaced on my 2007 Mustang GT. Service advisor Bob was professional and courteous in dealing with me. After service was completed he had my vehicle delivered to me at the front door rather than me going to it on the lot...MUCH appreciated.

Love the quicklane went up to Stoneham Ford 1st thing got right in, no wait, decided to get there works package, $10 rebate. Great deal. Needed a inspection sticker they brought it over for me. Was out of there before I finished my Free cup of coffee. These folks are great.
