Just had my 2013 Ford escape serviced at Stoneham Ford for the traction control and four-wheel-drive lights not working along with several other senses that went off. Could not drive my car while these are on. Brought my car in on Friday 9/15. And dealt with Mike in the service department. He called me a couple of times during the day with updates on my car and it was ready by 5 PM with all components working. Great job as usual. I am so glad I bought my escape at Stoneham Ford and had it serviced there ever since.

I ordered my new car from Stoneham Ford. Ed Hodgdon was my sales person and he made it very easy. He guided me to the order page and explained all the packages. after i made my selection i forwarded him my build sheet and he processed the order. He kept me informed from when the order was accepted to the time it arrived. Once it arrived he notified me and asked if I wanted to come see it before he sent it to be prepped for delivery. I would highly recommend Stoneham Ford and Ed if you are looking to purchase a Ford vehicle.
