I was almost going over the limit of mileage over my lease and they actually called me to work out something as I still had 2 more years to go. Now I'm not only paying less, but also I am not tied to the lease anymore and came out with a new car. I was previously on my second lease of a Nissan leaf, but this next brand new Leaf is the one I will keep!

Linda Almeida is my sales representative, she has been great at making it easy for us to choose the right vehicle and we felt comfortable during the whole process of purchasing our family van. It is the second time we buy from Mastria, they are very respectful and honest. I feel confident I always get a call back from them to be sure we are doing well with our cars and always recieve us when we have questions and the service department is always flexible with us when we need to bring our car for maintenance as sometimes I have a very busy schedule. Thanks for treating us like VIP!

Had been shopping around to trade in 2 cars for one so by the time I stopped at Mastria Nissan I was feeling tired and overwhelmed from other places. From the minute I walked in the door the employees didn't waste any time in changing my opinion of the whole car buying experience. They got right to work with appraising my vehicles, listening to what I wanted in a vehicle, finding that perfect vehicle. The usual strain of price negotiations didn't take place because they were remarkable on my trades and stayed within my price range. The sales managers Brian and Bruce are totally great guys that know about vehicles (love dealing with guys that know vehicles especially high performance vehicles). At no time was there any pressure!! Every employee was so friendly, the dealership was spotless, the service department offered customers a very nice, clean lounge with a big flat screen tv (you can actually change the channels if you'd like), refreshments and phenomenal cookies. Another plus that made me decide to purchase my new vehicle from them was that you get free tires for life of vehicle...that totally blew my mind! My salespersons name was Marvin and this guy rocked!! He has a great sense of humor, very personable and stays on top of every detail....over all my years of buying vehicles I have never met such an outstanding sales person!! I have never owned a Nissan vehicle before so this is my first...bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue and love it. When the time comes I will purchase from them again without a doubt and would highly recommend them to family and friends!!

After doing months of research and watching all the sales the local dealers were advertising, I visited Mastria Nissan because they had the best deal. John Dubois was extremely helpful and honored all the advertised prices I threw at him.I would definitely recommend seeing John when looking for a Nissan.

The recent/past experience during the sales process at Mastria Nissan was first rate! I recently bought a 2015 Rogue for my wife, and upgraded my 2014 Altima to a new 2015. . My sales representive (Decio Gomes) was a professional and his product knowledge was excellent. The sales manager (Bruce Garcia) solidified the experience by following up customer satisfaction and continued with "service after the sale". I also have been completely satisfied using the Nissan Service department for the past five years. I appreciate all the professional and courteous service at Mastria Nissan, and plan to return for the foreseeable future!

Nissan Rogue

After doing some research for a SUV that would suit my needs I wanted to see the Nissan Rogue. It had a third row seat for when I travel with my two dogs, great gas mileage and sharp looks. The salesperson went out of their way to find the color and options I wanted. After my great experience with Mastria Subaru I chose Mastria Nissan. The whole sales experience was excellent and the salesperson did not pressure me and was very knowledgeable about the Rogue and helped me tremendously even after the sale to program the Bluetooth and further explain the many great features of this SUV. I can't say good enough about the sales and service at Mastria Nissan.

When I decided to purchase a new car I had a list of different brands/models I wanted to test drive and a time frame of two months. Mastria Nissan wasn't my first stop but it was my last. I was greeted by Marvin Machado and immediately felt at ease. He knew my time frame and never pressured me to close the deal (which I felt at other dealerships). But after test driving the 2015 Nissan Juke I was sold. Marvin was able to make the purchasing experience simple and stress free. Very happy with my new car and Mastria Nissan!

Nissan Altima Purchase

I spoke with sales at Mastria on the phone and was provided verbal pricing for a 2014 Altima based on my trade-in and financing. Upon arriving at the dealership, our sales & leasing consultant Taylor, provided and reviewed the quote with me and the numbers were an exact match. We test drove the car and then signed the paperwork. Taylor was professional, personable and assisted throughout the process. I had an excellent experience and would not hesitate in recommending Mastria.

Easier than I expected

After checking out various makes, models, and advertised prices, I went to Mastria Nissan with a good idea of what I wanted and what a fair price and trade would be. Angel showed me several Rogues and patiently listened to what I really wanted. It was probably thru good luck and/or good timing that I found a Rogue on the lot that was the right color and had the options - and more importantly, absence of options - for which I was looking. Angel explained all of the car's features and we took it for a test drive. Through all of this he was informative and patient, not slick and pushy. We were able to settle on a trade-in value for my Santa Fe and purchase price for the Rogue that I feel was fair.
