Way to long at the dealership to make a deal and taking delivery of the vehicle was a cluster [non-permissible content removed] vehicle had 2 days to get plates reg. detail and charge and was still not ready when i picked it up. Lack of communication is a big problem with this process sales person was out 1 day and nothing got done that is unacceptable to me.

10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly from the greeting at the door, to making you feel at home while you wait, to thanking you every exit! There was no shady “sales man pitch”, you’re treated like a friend at Marcotte. My salesman Nick was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, and his customer service was amazing! Communication was above and beyond making sure I understood every part of the process, and everything was done at my convenience. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

My experience with Marcotte Ford was excellent!!! Went in on a Monday night to look at and test drive a used Ford Escape. Loved the suv and Andrew my salesperson was great, and so was the finance manager Jason!! Picked up Wednesday morning. Will definitely recommend Marcotte Ford to family and friends!!!

I've been in the car business all my life as a service advisor, service manager, salesperson and sales manager for 20 years with Chevrolet and Honda finally retiring a couple of years ago as the General Sales Manager of Gary Rome Hyundai across the street from Marcotte Ford after 22 years. We had a different model lineup and clientele so there was not that much competition between us but if there was it was always friendly and I always felt comfortable with telling people that Marcotte was a good dealership to do business with. I knew that their service department was top notch as well. Long term generational family owned dealerships are not that common in today's world but Marcotte Ford bucks that trend. Over the years I have referred many friends to Marcotte. My other (she says better) half purchased a new Transit box truck for her business 6 years ago, and most recently I brought her father in to get a new Super Duty for plow and sanding duties for his investment properties. We dealt with Brian Farnsworth for the latter and the experience was nothing but comfortable and professional from start to finish. Bill Maki, the finance manager handled the paperwork and registration without a hitch. After driving a GMC for 20 years I decided to treat myself to a new truck. When I settled on a Ford there was only one place to go and that was to Marcotte Ford. I again dealt with Brian Farnsworth and couldn't be more pleased. Having been in the car business as long as I was I know that the customer experience is paramount. From the young man that picked me up at my house to the tech that did my sticker it was pleasant. Thanks Brian for your patience and the help getting me into the new F150 I love and kudos to the Marcotte organization as a whole. Brian was great with helping me in a dealership for my first time. Although the manager disrespected and mocked me for being in the military by saying “thank you for your service” in a teasing manner as I walked out disappointed in the managements decisions and lack of consideration for what we had to say. Truly terrible to have a great salesman like Brian with a low quality disrespectful manager.

Your Sales Manager sold us a Ford Escort ZX2 and my husband love the car. We also leased 2 pickup trucks from Fran when he worked for Family Ford. I was very surprise when I got the call and Denise told me he was working their. Fran was very helpful and he handed the sale over to Brian Farnsworth. This is our third two-truck purchase from Marcotte Ford. The first was a few years back and then we made the mistake of going to another Ford dealer for the next two trucks strictly based on price. That was a huge mistake. After that experience we went back to Marcotte and will continue to do so hence forward. Both of the recent purchases were done with James Filameno. He made the transactions effortless. He is a great representative for Marcotte and for Ford. We shall see you in a few years for our next trucks.

I went in wanting to purchase an F150. I was looking at a used truck, but payments were out of my price range. They then offered leasing a brand new truck. I was apprehensive about leasing but it just made much more sense. Payments worked with what I could afford and picked it up 2 days later! Extremely happy with the truck. Love it.
