We had new tires put on and brakes serviced at Sunnyside Ford in Holden. Service Manager Chris W. got us in and out quickly and the work was done well. Our Escape drives great again. We are very happy with service at Sunnyside and that's what has kept us going back for over 30 years.

Tire was damged during service

Had my suv serviced. Oil change and tire rotation. Drove directly from Holden to home leicester. Two hours later and one tire was flat. A thin straight slice on the tire sidewall was evident. Service denies blame and manager offered 25% off a new tire saying the other was old. Tire is roughly $450. Manager said it wasn't their fault but he will offer 25% for something they claim they didn't do. With that said they rotated the tires and inspected them. Why would service not have mentioned a cut tire?

Happy With My Ranger

For the 1st time in my life, I custom ordered a vehicle in order to get the exact colors and options I wanted. I "built" my Ranger on line, went into Sunnyside with the print out, they ordered exactly as I wanted with a small deposit. Ford kept me informed along the way when it would be built and shipped, it took a 2 months and 2 weeks until it was delivered and ready for pick up @ Sunnyside Ford who also honored applicable cash bonus available from Ford. I had the time to wait as the lease on my previous truck was ending within a week of when my new Ranger arrived. In the future, I will always order my vehicles on line so that I won't have to settle for what is on the lot.

I brought my truck in for maintenance a few day before my scheduled appointment because I had other commitments. The job was completed that same day. everything as asked them to look into was taken care of and they called me to let me know that the air cleaner needed to be replaced, letting know how much it would cost.

Always a pleasant experience with the service staff. Tires were recommended but they were not pushy about it. They gave me 2 options with prices. They said if I had any questions or wanted to go ahead with purchase to just give them a call. The prices quoted were right with the bigger tire stores as well.

Had it towed to SS by AAA. It was left outside two weeks. If it is run for maybe a half hour, it just shuts down. Very dangerous in traffic. Was told all fine, but $159. Well, it still just stops running after half hour or so. At wit’s end on what to do with it. When I picked it up, it was filthy. Advice? You need to run it! And wait for it to shut down? Too dangerous for me!

Great Purchase Experience

Found the truck I wanted online. Called, reviewed price, made a CC deposit and waited a few weeks for it to arrive on dealer's lot. Once truck arrived on dealer lot, I signed all paperwork remotely and was able to walk in and out in under 30 minutes with my new truck. So much better than the traditional 3+ hour closing approach in person. All questions answered and communication was flawless. This is how to sell cars/trucks.
