Got a certified pre-owned vehicle there on 1/17. It was delivered to me on 1/18. On 1/20 I decided this car did not have quite the features I was looking for; and it was missing remote starter/app wasn't compatible. I showed up there and salesmen tried to tell me there's no way legally to return it. That's not true. They argued with me pulling up references online. They did not offer how to make it right, to see what other car might be best for me. They told me to get my car off their lot cause it's private property. I've never been so disrespected.

The overall experience thanks to one of the mangers (Ian I think was his name) was awful. I felt "dirty" after my experience in the dealership. He initially promised me a specific dollar amount for trade and then later in the conversation gave me a revised amount ($3,300 less). He then told me that Ford (on the corporate website) required all new vehicles purchased required Ford financing. I checked the Ford website and that's not a Ford requirement but a Franklin Ford requirement. Unfortunately I really liked the vehicle, otherwise I never would've purchased the truck. The manager lied to me at least 3 times during the purchase process. Absolutely terrible experience and would welcome a conversation with anyone from corporate or Franklin Ford. The CEO of Ford needs to know how their customers are being treated. The salesperson Brian was a nice guy

Franklin Ford and Sales Manager Brian Mulvaney stands above the rest. With many Ford dealerships in the New England area, many large, there is something to be said about a right sized one. Franklin Ford is attentive, detail oriented, concise, and efficient with the new car sales process. From the moment of contact, I was given clear and fast answers, honest discussion, and never pressured into anything. When always visiting in person, the dealership was mindful of my time. Brian Mulvaney could not have been better manager to help with test driving, discuss numbers, and ultimately come to an agreeable sale for both of us. I will be returning to Franklin Ford for service and future sale.

Overall walking through the door the Franklin Ford employees made me feel at home. The service was to the point, I got my vehicle and got out. Eric made sure I was taken care of and he was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle I wanted. Once the deal was made Mr. Fernandez was very clear and honest when it came down to my finance options, and gave me a great deal.

I recently traded in a 2018 Ford Explorer XLT and purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer XLT. I ordered it back in May and it arrived in mid-Sept which is what I was expecting. Franklin Ford gave me a very generous trade on my 2018 (it was in super shape) and made sure I was able to take advantage of all the available incentives and an amazing finance rate. Dealing with my sales rep Sergey was a great experience, it was more like sitting down and chatting with an old friend. And Manny in finace was actually fun to work with, thats not something I ever had from finance guys and it was a pleasant surprise. Low pressure yet made sure we knew all of the options available.

It was awesome going into Franklin Ford. No high pressure and the atmosphere was of the old days of a small local family owned dealership. Which it is not. It is owned by Jack Madden Ford which I was surprised at. Sergey was my salesperson who was professional, friendly and courteous. The sales manager Bob and Finance Manager Manny were great as well. Everyone was smiling and just all out pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Franklin Ford and Sergey.

Franklin Ford is the best, no-nonsense dealership in the area. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Purchase was smooth, efficient and completely transparent. The purchase was a pre-order, and they kept me updated during every step of the process. If you're in the market for a new Ford or a used car, it's Franklin Ford all the way.

Terrible experience at this dealership. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted and it happened to be CPO, so I purchased it. I told them 3 times to only run my credit only run my credit once, they ran it multiple times anyway. At the time of the purchase I had a baby on the way and needed a reliable car. 30 days after I was stranded 100 miles away at 4am when the car was over heating. Service dept said the hose had a slow leak that had been an issue since before I purchased the vehicle. 5 months after the purchase and the car is making an awful noise. Need to get the fly wheel replaced, I am now out of a car for the next couple of days. I am now stranded for multiple days with no vehicle and a new born at home. I wouldn't recommend getting a car from this place if they were giving them away for free. I will say that the Service department is the only redeeming quality of this place.
