Absolutely awesome!!! I bought a used truck from Robichaux Ford and they treated the sale and service like a new truck. I will buy my next truck from these people. I drove over 60 miles, passed up 3 dealerships to get to Robichaux Ford and I am so glad I did!!!

Our salesman did such a great job. We could not of asked for a better experience and it all comes from the way Mr. Shane Toups handled everything from the first time we stepped foot on the lot. Great all around person and treats you like a person and not his pay check. Never had an experience as stress free as this one and that is because of the person he is and the way he treats his customers. Thanks to him we no longer dread the purchase of a vehicle and will not go anywhere else but to Robichaux Ford.

No pressure/No Rush attitude towards sales. Willing to work with me on what works for me, rather than manipulating the sales scheme in order for the process to work better for them. Not only a positive experience, but an educational one where i felt like i made an A+ because of the team.

GT350 REVIEW

Overall, buying from Robichaux Ford has always been a pleasant experience. The selling price for my GT350 was above fair and Jeff was a helpful and courteous salesperson. My only complaint would be that 87 octane was used to fill up the car and the owner's manual specifically says 91 or better must be used.

I was very impressed with your service and how you'all tried to get my truck fixed as soon as possible. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is that I have brought my truck to be serviced with you'all since I purchased my truck. I was told when I asked to be able to get a rental vehicle that since I didn't purchase the vehicle with you'all that I could only get a rental if the problem was covered under my warranty. I stated more than one time that I really could not be left without a vehicle and I live in Dulac , work in Dulac, bring/pick my 4 year old son up from school, and also bring/pick up my 1 year old from the sitter. In the past year I have spent about $2000.00 in repairs on my truck with you'all and I was really upset that they couldn't help me by giving me a day rental for this one time.

Salesman had knowledge of the specific vehicle. He was willing to search for a used vehicle for me which was my inital plan rather than buying new. He never pushed aggressively against my will. When I decided to buy new he still never pressured me in order to make a sell. He allowed me to take my time with all the informaion he gave me. This is the 2nd vehicle I buy from the dealership and I'm still 100% satisified. I had a time constraint that day and fhe whole team worked awesomly to get me out on time in a very professional manner! Lastly, the vehicle was a surprise gift and my salesman drove the car to my home to save me a return trip. Thanks to the Robichaux team

I purchased a new 2014 Ford F-150 Lariat. This purchase makes my fifth Ford vehicle with my two most recent purchases from Robichaux Ford. However, I've dealt with Robichaux Ford Service Department prior to my two recent purchases. "All" dealings with Robichaux Ford have been positive with no regrets. Glynn Comeaux is my "to go to guy" for sales. I knew Glynn prior to his employment with Robichaux Ford. He is a guy I can trust.
