Hyundai Elantra

by Matilda987 on 04/28/2016

Jason Goss, Barry Fox, and Gino in financing were all very helpful. The whole process went fairly quickly and they were all very pleasant. I got a good deal and the payment I wanted. Awesome job guys!!!

Great sales experience from start to finish

by Rick40208 on 11/05/2015

Buying a vehicle can be stressful. After bad experiences at other local dealerships, I looked at Oxmoor Hyundai. Erik Apel and the rest of the sales team made the process simple and easy. The sales and business office managers worked to give a great deal and an overall good experience. Follow up to any concerns has been prompt and professional.

Great Experience

by bennierem on 09/03/2014

Great experience working with everyone at Ox moor Hyundai. Especially Internet sales team. From the quick internet contact to working the final deal this definitely was one of my best, most hassle free experiences. Everyone was polite and helpful, and the time they took to show us all the new features of our new car was extremely helpful! That's the first time a dealership had taken the time to explain everything so thoroughly. All in all, it was a GREAT experience, and I highly recommend them!

The more things change, the more they stay the same

by icemanjd26 on 12/31/2013

After a week of email and phone negotiating my lease of a 2012 Santa Fe, my wife and I drive 2 hours to the dealer to get the vehicle. It was as described and exactly what I was looking for. However, what should have taken no more than an hour or so to finalize the paperwork, ended up being a 6+ hour ordeal where we found ourselves practically starting from square one! The sales woman tried to slyly get us to agree to the full sticker price and $1000 less for my trade, without even batting an eye. As if the week+ of phone calls and emails never existed. Every trick in the book was pulled out; played dumb, ask the manager, "there's no way we could do that", ask the manager, I talk to the manager, "well your credit score is 620..." (when I clearly know its really 780-800. I work in finance people. You think I don't keep track of my own credit ratings?!?!). this went on for hours. Then when we finally got back to the terms I drove over for, there is one finance manager on duty that day... So we wait another hour and a half (not an exaggeration) for this guy who really had no desire to be there anymore by the time he got to our transaction. Easily became frustrated when asked questions. One response was "if you don't want to sign it, you don't have to buy the car." Ten hours after leaving that morning, we finally make it back home. Irritated, exhausted, dumbfounded. The vehicle has been great. Nothing to really complain about. Aside from the several "features" that were mentioned during the walk around that didn't really exist. My favorite was "I drive one of these and put my CDs in this center-top dash compartment." Funny thing is, when I tried this at home, I quickly realized that CDs don't even fit in that compartment! The lid won't shut because they stick out. Ha! Needless to say, we will never be returning to this dealership.

Satisfied.

We bought a 2007 Hyundai Tucson from Oxmoor Hyundai. The process was somewhat painless, deal was good, took a little while but it was finalized. Our salesperson was awesome(Mike Clos). But it's because if you contact a dealer after you request a quote from a website, they get their internet guy to work with you - generally they won't try to mooch you for every cent like the salesperson you meet if you just show up at the dealership. If you go to a website like this (www.edmunds.com), build a vehicle and "Request a quote", the dealership's internet guy will know what you want, he'll know that YOU know what the vehicle is worth, and won't waste their or your time trying to sell you something for a lot more. All in all, we got a good deal on the car, our trade-in was appreciated enough for us to be happy with it. One thing I can't comment on is the Finance department. We got 0% APR from Hyundai because of their sale, so I can't tell you if you'll have a good experience when you finance the car. They are a dealership though, so never walk in a dealership with your guard down. After all, they make their living off of YOU. Use the internet to its full extend, print out info and take it with you whenever you buy a car.
