Management does not stand behind the promises they make purchased a vehicle that included freight oil changes for the life of the vehicle however Dealership decided not to fulfill his promise because their feelings got hurt with a bad review very unprofessional company and extremely rude personnel

My new 2020 Ecosport

The best service I’ve ever had buying a car. The people here are great and so nice. They definitely go above and beyond! I really didn’t plan on getting approved for my beautiful car but not only did they make it happen, but 0% interest as well! Two days later they called to check on me to see if I had any issues. No one does that anymore but they made time for it. A week after purchase I got a package with a personalized Ford tin of cookies thanking me and calling me family. They also gave me free oils changes on my car for life! It’s very important to treat people like more than just a sale and they did just that! I will send everyone I know here!

2014 Ram 1500

Gabe was the salesman I dealt with buying my 2014 Ram 1500, he is a good honest salesperson. There was some discrepancies in my final sales contract that I didn't catch till I got home that were minor. I went back and the issue was taken care of swiftly. Free oil changes for life (every 6k mi) and a Dealer 4 month bumper to bumper and I added a 3-36k mi Ford premium bumper to bumper (yes on a Ram) warranty so no worries buying used at D'Orazio Ford. Great local small town dealer will buy from again.

Great personal service

We totalled our truck and had been looking for a couple weeks. The entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. When we returned to purchase, all the paperwork was ready for us when we got there. Will definitely go back!!
