Bought 2017 Cruze sedan

Steve Rice was a big help along with very professional support from Troy Scholl. I made them aware of what I was looking for in a 2017 Cruze and they delivered specs and price that was reasonable in every way. I would definitely recommend Bob Grimm to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. I plan to use Bob Grimm for future Cruze service work.

Awesome Sales Team

I have had a vibration problem for 24,000 miles that GM was aware of but had no solution. The Bob Grimm team went to work and went to bat for me and got it resolved with a new set of front tires. They also managed to find my wife a different option package on a vehicle like the one she was currently driving and we traded that the same week. I always talk up the Bob Grimm team when someone I know is looking to trade. They have a Great work force there and always make my visits or purchases a memorable one!!

Jon Rickett one of nicest, down to earth & pleasant salesman I have encountered in years! I felt like I could trust him & what he was saying. He worked very hard to get us our new Impala. He along with Troy (financial dept.) went way beyond to get us the deal we wanted. Highly recommend.

I purchased my vehicle in 2012 and have gone to your dealership for all my oil changes..etc. I have never had a problem, but the last two times, my car was done and I had waited for over 15-20 minutes until the mechanics brought my paperwork to the cashier. This last time I saw i parked for 15 minutes and walked to the cahier to tell her, she did immediatley call the back and they brought the paperwork up. I understand people get busy, I just didn't like the wait after my vehicle was done.

Larry Haste was very knowledgeable regarding the 2015 Chevy Silverados. He did an excellent job of providing me with all the details of the Silverado to help me select the appropriate truck for me. Larry was willing to do whatever it took to make my purchasing experience easier. The entire staff was very accomodating and friendly.

Malibu

6 Month sporatic problem caught and fixed

The oil pressure gauge in the dashboard was not working sometimes. It started in the summer of 2014. I asked the Service Dept. how we could fix the situation. We agreed that it would be easier to diagnose the problem if I could bring it in when it was NOT working. It took me until January 5 2015 to align the 3 options of not working; Service Dept open hours; having time for the diagnosis. I arrived and it was a BUSY day! I couldn't turn the car off or the gauge may start working again. The Service Dept made sure I my car got in within minutes. Diagnostics proved it as the sending unit and we schedule an appointment for repair in 3 days when I would be back in the area. GREAT WORK.

I had a very good experience from check in to check out. Everybody was very warm and welcoming and there was a "HOMEY" feeling to the place. I enjoyed doing the Christmas puzzle!

Easy oil change, tire rotation, and a ride to and from work

Within five minutes I checked into service, went over what needed to be done and was shuttled to my job. The shuttle picked me up at work, another five minutes and I was checked out with a clean vehicle. Nice!

I have been impressed with the dealership from the very beginning. I worked with Kathy V. and she was amazing. This was the first new car that I bought in 15 years and she was patient and answered all my questions. Troy was also great and because of him, for the first time, I felt that I could buy a new car even although my credit was poor. He took the time to explain my options and which would be best for me and building my credit. Honestly, it is because of him that I stayed and purchased a vehicle. The service department was great. I called the first time not long after I purchased my vehicle and they took the time to explain the sound that I was hearing so that I did not have to bring it in. When I did need to bring it in, they made sure that I had a loaner to drive since my job requires driving. They were polite, courteous and explained everything that they were going to look at. When I picked up my car, I was surprised to see that they washed it, swept it out, and topped off my washer fluid. I am more that happy to have purchased a vehicle with Bob Grimm in Morton, will purchase my next vehicle there and have told many people about the great experience that I have had. Thank you.

needed some work done before I went on vacation , I explained I was leaving the next day , they got me in and the issue resolved in about a couple hrs , thanks for the great service , but I always get great service from grimm / I have also purchased several trucks from them over the yrs !
