Oil change and comprehensive systems review

I can drop off the car at any time of day, and the manager knows my name, knows the history of the car and what it needs , completes a comprehensive systems review, calls me with any unknown or expensive issues to get my pre-approval, then fixes it on time, and I pick it up when available. Great customer service at Baum's.

I recently went for an oil change and they found that my truck was out of alignment so they were able to get my truck fixed that night and I didn't have to schedule to bring it back another day. Very convenient.

Great service department

I had my 2014 Silverado at the service department for the 3rd time with my air conditioner. This time they were able to fix it due to a faulty part and Chevy had a fix for the problem. The staff was very understanding of my issue and was able to fix it in one day and I was given a loaner vehicle so I could go to work. Thank you for your help with this matter and your persistence to get it fixed right.

I pulled onto the lot 2 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Todd and Russell stayed late and helped me find a vehicle with the options I wanted so I could test drive my dream car. Even though my husband was with me, they spoke directly to me about what I was looking for instead of speaking thru my husband (which most salesmen do), I really appreciate that.

I talked to several different dealerships in my car search and ended up going with Baum. I did not choose Baum because they were close by but because of the service I received from Laci M. In contrast to the other dealers Laci actually listened to what I was asking for and found it for me with no pressure. The other dealerships tried to push me towards vehicles I didn't want and prices I couldn't afford instead of just seeing if they could fulfill my actual request. I ended up with a buying experience that I am happy to recommend to others as well as the car that fits me and my budget.
