Ray Buick created a buying experience that instilled confidence. I never felt "played" or rushed. Ray Jr. took me through the options available to me concerning price and financing options. Ultimately, the experience felt like I was doing real business, not the typical car-buying business. I highly recommend this Buick dealership.

Staff is always friendly and attentive and ready with answers to my questions. I don't live around the corner from the dealership, but it's a relationship built on trust for many years, therefore it is well worth the trip.

A great car buying experience

Was greeted promptly and asked how could they be of assistance. I related just what I was interested in purchasing with my budget limitations and was shown some autos that were in this range. I decided that the Verona was the car for me and we went over options that I would like on the vehicle. Number "1" agency in my book!!

Bought a Buick Verano from Rick W. Was impressed by his low key style. Answered my internet inquiry via e-mail and listed sales price and all applicable fees as I requested. Small but Big on Buicks

After a bad bait and switch experience at another dealership....I decided to call around for quotes on my new Buick...calling the 7 dealers in 200 miles that had the car with the options and color I wanted (Thank you Edmunds for the new car search tool). After confirming the car was indeed in stock, Gary at Ray Buick called back promptly with a competitive quote. Later in the day, his manager, Jim called back we had a great discussion about the car and he dropped the price an additional $300. That evening I called and closed the deal for pickup the following morning. Upon arrival the car was fully prepped and ready to go. Gary spent a hour going over the features and took us through the initial onstar call. Three signatures and a check and we were off. Refreshing...no good cop bad cop, no dealer add ons, no extended warranty offers, no extended service offers. Drove off at agreed price. Ray Buick has been around a quite a while. While their tall security fences may be a bit imposing, their knowledgeable, experienced and professional sales staff was excellent. They may be a bit smaller, but they're big on Buicks. The only new vehicle line they sell.
