I had a very good experience buying a Grand touring cx-5 at this dealership. My final price (without a lot of haggling) was $1500 below the competition, and they threw in a bunch of optional equipment. The salesperson was very helpful during and after my test drives. The mode/colorl I wanted was not available in their lot, but they quickly located one nearby with under ten miles on the odometer and were able to deliver it the next day.

The sales staff was both patient and extremely hard-working. They gave me multiple test drives, including one fairly extended test drive, to identify the vehicle I wanted. They worked extremely hard to find a vehicle that fit all my criteria. They also worked hard to secure favorable financing terms. Truth be told, they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. But they had one that was close, and I was so impressed with their professionalism, that I was pleased to purchase it. No regrets whatsoever.
